I placed an order at 10:42am they open at 10:45 so understandable that it would take a min for them to get going. But I sat there quiet thinking well, my food should be ready by 11:00am according to the app. Around 10:55am someone asked me what I needed I said I was waiting for my order. He said someone would work on it soon. I wasn’t upset about it. But I was sitting there watching them taking care of everyone that walks in but no one making my order. By 11:01am I asked. And the girl with pink hair was very rude. There’s ways you can communicate with your customers. And her way is not the correct way. I simply asked if that was my order the one in the counter and she said no, I am working on this one. I said well I have been waiting for a while now and her answer was I am doing my best. Her answer should have been, sorry I will work on your order as soon as I am done with this one. Or called somebody else to do it. I was patient, waited for the time on my app to ask. But no, the rudeness is just what they wanted to do. Also, when my order was ready it seemed like she did me a favor by calling my name and slamming my bag in the counter. I said very loudly thank you so much and got no answer. Lol terrible customer service and my food was 2x protein I got the same amount of what a regular portion was. Just not recommend this location.

I don’t typically bash food places, but this is the last straw. Chipotle keeps getting worse and worse and my order tonight has solidified my decision to never order ever again. Not only was there a piece of hair sitting on top of my sour cream, but I scooped it out and found MORE hair. I am so disgusted.

Restroom “Out of Service” in the restaurant. Needed to use the dirty porta-potty near the dumpsters in the rear parking lot. Only one employee was working the entire service line. Had to wait five minutes to pay after my burrito bowl was completed while four employees milled about doing other tasks instead of checkout. Service level has gone down at Chipotle since CEO Brian Nicole left the company for Starbucks. For sure there is bad management at this location.

Food was decent NOT great. The location was disgusting, dirty and messy. It has gone downhill since last summer. I ordered a mobile order and the app wasn’t allowing me to order my reward of free quac. Kids love Chipotle. The bowls are too big for them to eat. It would be great if corporate had a half size. But we know what we are going to get. This location was a little odd that there were 6 employees working. One lady working her butt off on door dash orders and the other the walk-in people. The rest were meandering. Could have at least helped people paying.

This is honestly the worst Chipotle I’ve been to in terms of service and being stocked. The person taking my order said they were out of white rice; I asked if more was coming as I would have waited. She checked with her coworkers and just repeated they were all out of white rice. She had to borrow from the mobile order line to even get enough brown rice and cheese for 2 bowls. About one spoonful of old veggies left. As soon as she puts the meat in, a new vat of white rice came out. Im not sure why she didn’t let me choose whether I’d rather wait 2 minutes. To top it off there’s sour cream all over the outside of the bowl.
They just don’t have their stuff together at this location. Everyone looked younger than 25 and there was no sense of urgency or communication.

Gross, unhygienic chaos and wrong orders. Food is cold.
This is the second time I have been to this location recently and the second time the inside of the restaurant was in disgusting shape , and I had to wait twice as long for my pickup order as they said on the app.
Every surface was covered in wet burrito detritus; there were plenty of open tables but not one clean place to sit and wait. The trash can was overflowing so badly that people had to carefully arrange trash around the mouth of the trash can.
Aannnnd they didn’t get our order correct. There’s no way I’m going back in there for my bag of chips , and to switch the burrito bowl out for the burrito I ordered.
Too bad because it’s near home and I do like some Chipotle, but this place is understaffed, filthy and slow.

Disgusting. This was my LAST visit to any Chipotle ever. I stopped going to the Transit location due to the utter filth factor! Tried Main St. Wmsvl, every table was dirty, brought our order home. See photos, we ordered 2 salad bowls, one had only chicken and cheese with no lettuce at all, and the other had around 5 lettuce leaves! Chicken was cold and gross. We were starving so we tried to make the best of what we had. Never ever again!

placed an order over grub hub, i ordered a steak bowl (received chicken), asked for utensils (none included), and this place has the nerve to sell mexican coke with NO WAY TO OPEN THE BOTTLE (at $4 per bottle). I knew ordering from here was a bad idea, now i am out of almost $50. We had an office meeting with no utensils to eat the food. just bad business. the manager should audit orders from time to time

I am currently visiting Buffalo, New York and just received my Chipotle delivery via Door Dash. The first picture is what I received. And the second picture is of the receipt that lists what was ordered. My order was wrong, and my soda was not delivered! This is the WORST experience with Chipotle that I ever had!!! I will be following up with a manager.
