My wife and I ordered 2 bowls from a mobile order, she ordered a Carnitas bowl which the meat was full of fat, she also had uncooked rice which was very hard to chew, and she found large peppercorns in her bowl! I ordered a Steak bowl which the steak had lots of fat and grizz, hard to swallow, again my rice was uncooked making it hard to chew, the guacamole was darker than usual making it seem like they used bad avocados, and lastly I found a giant onion petal in my bowl which means they didnt take the time to prep the onion! As far as Atmosphere, this location seems very small for a fast food restaurant, the line is blocking the front door making it hard for people to get in and out of the building! It seems very claustrophobic! Lastlty, On a positive note, the service/employees seem very nice and professional, I just think the cooks and prep cooks need to slow down and make sure they are sending out good quality edible food!

What seems to be a repetitive issue is cleanliness of the restaurant. Bluntly; it is filthy. And keeps getting reviewed as dirty. Until management ensures a consistently clean restaurant, I will not return. Fix it! You may stop getting reviewed over and over for having a filthy place.

Food was amazing, i had a rice bowl, and my girlfriend got a burrito. It was yummy, unfortunately the staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. Only 1 guy serving at the front while checking out and everything else related to the front, he needs help.

This location is consistently serving poor quality food, and regularly ‘out’ of basic ingredients needed to make a bowl (Chicken, rice, veggies, etc) at random times during the day and seems as though employees have no intention of making more. It is also almost always dirty inside with full garbage cans and dirty tables and the main door has been broken and blocked off for over a month. I believe most of these issues come from the fact that the location seems understaffed, but these issues also stem from the poor attitudes of many of the employees. I find myself driving to the Main Street Williamsville location just to get decent food. I was at the Transit location last week and got a bowl and it legitimately gave me food poisoning that I dealt with for a solid 6 days. I went back tonight and there was a small line (under 4 people) and the first person in the serving staff (the one that does rice and protein) was swearing about how much work she had to do because the line was so long. Then I was greeted with a “You!?” As in what I wanted. She then proceeded to give extremely small portions, but I am accustomed to that as Chipotle quality has declined over the years. Not all workers there are disrespectful, and I want to identify the good experiences from employees I have had. I don’t know their names but the non-binary (not trying to be offensive) employee with longer brown hair, and then the shorter woman with shortish hair and earrings, they have both given outstanding service. Just wanted to put it out there that this location has been a repeated bad experience for me and many of the people that I know.

I love this place! I go here all the time with my friends! It is a great place to hangout and has a pretty nice atmosphere. My only complaint is the location on Transit in williamaville is exremely dirty. Their food is also very salty at that location. One time I walked in and walked right out just because of how gross it looked. However the other location is great! Everything tastes good and fresh and there is a good variety. I love their quesadillas and steak rice bowls! Overall its a great place!

Beyond disgusting. If I was the owner I’d fire the manager immediately and then fire the angry woman making the bowls and wraps. She was so miserable I thought she was about to fight one of the customers. The place need a health inspector asap. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I couldn’t even use it to wash my hands. And here’s a pic I took on the way out.. it was just as bad maybe worse behind the counter…. And the girl making the bowls, had the nerve to yell at a customer in front of me because he pointed over the glass at what he wanted. I understand not putting hands over the glass but maybe build or buy a glass cover that actually covers the food to avoid this situation?? ♂️

I love chipotle, probably order chipotle once every week. I’m obsessed. Never had this experience, usually my experience with chipotle it’s either more salty or order not delivered. Let me tell you this time I pick an order.

It makes me really sad that this is the second time I’ve had to walk out of this location because no food or drinks and the messes all over. Save your time and money go someplace else. Why is bringing dirt bikes ok.The employees don’t wear gloves there’s food all over the counters. Disgusting.

Went in for lunch, for 2 rice bowls at the transit road Williamsville location and they only had enough food for half orders. We both asked for double rice and double meat and he said that’s all we have and more wouldn’t be ready for an hour at least. They had a huge catering order that was ordered last week. Food wasn’t even hot. We ended up spending $29 and change. They should have made the food for the catering order separately from what they make in the morning. To pay almost $30 for half order meals is wrong. When asked to discount or food we were told there’s nothing they could do about it. The first one After mixing the 2nd bowl. There was barely any chicken. Worst service I’ve ever encountered at chiptole.
