The SKIMPIEST Chipotle I’ve ever walked into. They consistently give have scoops on everything you’re paying full price for!
Asked for a side of guac and employee fills the cup half full. I had to request that she actually fill it. For $3 it should be full!
Sitting there eating, I heard MULTIPLE other guests request that a fair amount of food be added to their dishes. And my one friend who is very loyal to Chipotle even admitted that the bowl I got sucked and his location hooks him up way better than this one.
And to top it all off, the employees are not ever friendly. Back to Moe’s!

Ordered 2 bowls from them yesterday and the chicken was burnt bad that’s all I can taste and all they refunded was $10 also there was barely any rice or beans it was made sloppy

I’ve never had a more disappointing takeout order. I always go into the store and through the line. I decided to save time and order through the app today. I’ve never gotten a bowl HALF empty before. They must have given me what was left in a container and nowhere near a full portion. And to make it worse my friend ordered at the same time as me, also a bowl, and hers is double the portion. She didn’t pay double. And to top it all off, the guacamole is completely brown. Never online ordering here again.

I’m usually a fan of Chipotle, but this visit was very disappointing. While my burrito was being made, the tortilla ripped. Instead of starting fresh, the employee wrapped the torn tortilla inside a new one, which made the burrito messy, bulky, and difficult to eat. Food was spilling everywhere, and it felt more like a workaround than a proper fix.
The overall cleanliness was also a concern. The counters were visibly dirty, and the dining area did not appear well maintained. To make matters worse, the fountain drink station was poorly stocked. Several syrups were empty and there was no ice available.
What stood out most was the lack of urgency or care from the staff. The issues were obvious, yet no effort was made to correct them or improve the experience.
I understand that everyone has off days, but this visit fell well below expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on cleanliness, product quality, and customer service going forward.

Worst Chipotle in the buffalo area for the last 5 years congrats guys . The whole staff is completely incompetent, 10 workers and somehow not only does it take 20 min to cash out being the second person in line but then I have to explain how 3 tiny pieces of steak does not constitute double serving. Then says they have no salsa to try to get me to accept a dry burrito when the to go station has a bunch and have to point it out, then theirs a argumentabout that. This is just 1 of the 100 times this has happened here, get your corporate office here and fix the store this is not rocket science.

First of all, i walked in expecting to have good service, good quality food and also a clean environment. Walked in line only to see a chipotle worker ordering her own food while there is about 5 people in line waiting to order. Aside that, she makes a rude comment to my boyfriend, he proceeds to ask what she said but she just says “nothing” and laughs. Okay weird. Still is ordering her own food as the line starts to get longer and longer. As i’m ordering my bowl, the worker behind the counter tells me he’s out of certain proteins/meats, certain vegetables, basically everything. I told him one of the options of meats were fine, i tell him i also want a portion of beans on my bowl and he gives me ONE singular scoop of beans, which looked like absolutely nothing. So expensive for what? Service was rude and selfish, clean up your mess in that place and clean up your attitudes.

I can’t even Rate this chipotle this is beyond Ridiculous, I ordered on the app a burrito bowl I mean, how hard is it to follow an order on the screen? I ordered a burrito bowl with extra of everything which I paid a lot of money for just to get there and my bowl was only half way full. I also ordered veggies, which I got onions very raw as you can see in the picture and bell peppers that were very raw. What kind of people are they hiring to work here? Wouldn’t it make common sense that the onions were raw wouldn’t make common sense that I asked for everything extra and I only got a scoop of everything. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever ever been to. Whatever store manager they have he’s/shes definitely not doing a great job watching over the employees so get rid of him or her. ASAP

half scoop servings, there always out of rice or meat every single time i go here which is often unfortunately. different workers every time, garbages full to the brim, and the soda machine doesn’t work majority of the time. the managers here do not give a crap about this location and they should close this dump down immediately

As I ordered my bowl. Remainder rice from one tin was being transferred in to a new batch of rice I noticed the old contaminated water from the bottom of the tin was dripping in to the new rice. I requested a new batch and the worker a young woman acted as if she couldn’t comprehend why smh. As the new rice came out and was being transferred over by a new different worker a male this time did exactly the same thing. Totally unacceptable. At that point I just left.
