This Delaware location was horrid. Line wasnt even long but the wait time was 20 min before I was serviced. I get home….the taste was horrible. The young lady had just made fresh rice…rice was so crunchy! The chicken was the bottom of the pan…I should’ve known….them pieces was burnt n hard!!!!!! Because its at the bottom and wasnt much so the heat made it cook faster. It all tasted like a messy garbage plate. Yuck. Chipotle not cheap to be making food with no quality!

Every damn time I come here its something. Today was brutal, waited 38mins for my order. Chicken wasnt done, then they ran out of queso – cool. When im checking out, I had to ask for 3 vinaigrette sauce 5 different ways AFTER I already paid for them. She repeated my request twice and STILL handed me 1 ♂️then just stared at me like I was slow. My girl stepped up in my defense, ruined my appetite.

Worst restaurant in Buffalo and worst chipotle in America. Been here about 8 times and never had even the slightest positive experience there. How it’s not shut down or has above a 1.5 star rating is beyond me (2.4 is still the worst I’ve ever seen from a restaurant.) food is terrible and takes forever. Employees are awful, horrid human beings. Disgusting place and will never go to chipotle again, anywhere, for the rest of my life. (Last time I went they didn’t have rice, chicken, steak, beans, salsa or lettuce and that was not even close to my worst experience there.)

Not sure why I’ve given this place multiple chances. The food here is just completely abysmal. Rice is hard 100% of the time, no seasoning on chicken, out of ingredients every time. Yet somehow; the people who work here are even MORE disgusting than the food they serve. Truly the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. I was there today doordashing and to my surprise the customer’s order was actually ready and sitting on the shelf when I arrived. However, the bottom of the bag was ripped and salsa/grease was dripping out. The bottom of the bag was absolutely soaked so I politely asked for them to put it in a new bag. Instead, I got a glare from the employee and got a bag literally thrown at me through the pick up shelves. So instead of the employee taking it and putting it into a new bag, I had to do it-no gloves on while salsa and grease dripped all over my hands while they sucked down a drink and talked to their co worker. I hate picking up from this location. The employees are lazy, rude and careless.

Filthy. Never again. Every surface. Counters crusted, garbage overflowing, tables gross. Sauces and beverages everywhere. I asked for guacamole from the side that wasn’t brown, the guy said it’s just oxygen and mixed it all in. For the crazy upcharge it would be fresh. Nothing was fresh, the food was cold. Drink station was gross and empty. Really gross.

I have visited this location to me a few times over the past few months. I won’t be returning. It’s chaotic and unorganized. I waited patiently while others got to go to the front of the line for wanting steak- while more chicken was being cooked. Just for it to be my turn and witness a manager disciplining an employee about not leaving the line. There’s a time and a place and the line is to the door. I pay for my food, the cashier asks me to tap on the guys shoulder with the red sweatshirt and ask him to come to the front, I said okay. I kept my distance and said “Excuse me, they are looking for you at the front” and I walked out. I am not on the clock, it’s not appropriate and the guy was eating. In general asking for vinaigrette at Chipotle always feels like you’re asking for their most prized possession. Sometimes this location claims to not have any left and yesterday they had some. It’s usually sweet, because it’s a honey vinaigrette. This time it had so much pepper or spices in it? I understand maybe new staff needs to learn and get on board but definitely need someone to come in and clean up whatever’s going on in here.

Honestly this place deserves no stars. At 8 pm, over 20 people inside waiting for their online orders. Some people already been there for over 30 minutes. There were food bagged on the counter inside but the staff was not calling out names. When asked for the status of your order, the staff were rude, they yelled and glared. Most of the people were waiting for over an hour. And turns out most of the food were ready and have just been sitting on the counter, buried. On top of it, the place is dirty.
