If I could give this location zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst restaurant in Buffalo and it honestly should be shut down. The place is absolutely filthy. The chicken is often undercooked because the staff seem completely unprepared and rush to cook everything as fast as possible. Even in the middle of the afternoon, simple things like salad dressing are unavailable.
The staff are extremely rude — they roll their eyes, act irritated when you ask for something specific, and show no professionalism. It feels like the company only hires people with bad attitudes. The lettuce they serve is frozen, slimy, and completely inedible, and the garbage cans are always overflowing.
Corporate really needs to take a closer look at this location. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and I genuinely hope the health department inspects it soon.

Delivery order was unacceptable. The double protein burrito did not have the amount of meat promised. It was barely double the size of a $4.50 taco. We’ve eaten at Chipotle throughout the country and this Chipotle is sorely lacking.

During my recent visit to Chipotle, I got two burrito bowls, and despite the staff being short-handed, they kept everything running smoothly. The moving special was still available, which was awesome! A huge thank you to Mariah, who kept a positive attitude throughout, making the experience enjoyable even in the busy atmosphere. Looks absolutely horrible, not to mention the worker constantly have this nasty tone. One time i left a tip even though chipotle removed the tip jar for their employees, and i didnt even get a think you, just snagged my five dollars and walked away. Dont worry, ill spread the word

I will never understand why the staff puts half a scoop or rice and a half a scoop of protein in a bowl and try to charge you $20 for it. Start giving appropriate portions or I’m going to come in every day, have you make a bowl, then just walk out so you waste that food.

I’ve been here multiple times since it opened and never had a problem. I always go in to order never ordered online. You get exactly what you want because you watch them make it. Employees are usually friendly. I don’t know why this place gets so much hate. It’s fast food not a 5 star restaurant. Too many “karens” around here imho.

There is something that’s just not right with this Chipotle. I’ve eaten more Chipotle in my life than I like to admit. In the midst of busy season at work I’ve eaten it multiple days in a row. I’ve never had any issue feeling sick from the food. Without fail my husband and I feel sick every time we eat at this Chipotle. I really think corporate needs to look into this location and figure out what’s going on. After going inside the other day I don’t doubt it’s a cleanliness issue. They also are very inconsistent with spice level, ingrediants, etc. Sad to see such a departure from the typically consistent experience most Chipotle’s provide.

never has any food ever, we come here weekly to get food and they are always out of steak or rice. It’s absolutely ridiculous and it’s a management issue. Worst chipotle to exist the workers sit around and do nothing and wait till the food is all out and then start making more and tell you it will take 30 mins until it’s ready. It’s absurd and so embarrassing that they can’t just do a simple job
