I order thru DoorDash they charge me $35 for 2 bowl they sent me uncooked rice and cold food ! My stomach was hurting! Never want to eat from here again and throw everything away

I love chipotle don’t get me wrong. but i love it when the rice is cooked. when i got my food i took a few bites and it was hard and crunchy, like it hurt to eat. i went in and im usually not the type of person too, and when i went in the person at the front told me that the rice will take 17 minutes, i offered to wait so that i can actually enjoy my food.. and then they proceeded to tell me “they do not think the rice will be good”. Why serve the rice if it’s not gonna be good?

I’ve been here twice since it opened 5 days ago. The first time the portions seemed relatively small to the other locations I consistently go to. The second time I went the portions seemed good and on par with the other spots.
The place is extremely clean (makes sense since it is new) and the food quality/taste is the best of any chipotle location I’ve been.
I typically go to spots like this 1-2 times a week and will be returning frequently.
Overall, I’m sure they will become consistent over time and after being more established.
Edit: third visit and portions are great. See attached photo of bowl after I ate 1/4 of it already.

My online $7 was for extra steak and I got extra fat. Not sure what that is on the pic but it came out of my carne asada bowl and ended up iny mouth. Customer service is usually good but it only takes one crew memeber to ruin that. I don’t bother trying to find a table, they’re all always dirty. Between 1:30 and 3:30pm need some serious improvement.

Hands down the smallest serving size I’ve have ever seen. I counted the chicken pieces (18) when I asked for more he tried to charge me for double, so 18 pieces is double? There is absolutely no value in this location and I suggest you go elsewhere.

Employees rude and online order took 20 minutes past pick up time to be completed while my food sat on the counter for 15 minutes while the girl packing the bags literally stood there and did nothing. Food was cold when I finally got it , so disappointed because I love chipotle.

Really feel ripped off. TINY portions.You’re better off taking your money around the corner to a local spot that’s not going to rip you off for share holder profits. Chipotle, east aurora is used to good food and good portions. It’s a competitive atmosphere. The quick service is great, but when that’s all you have to offer here, you won’t have a lot of people through the door. Very sweet kids working there. Give them bigger scoops- we all know the ingredients for a burrito bowl are not all that expensive.

As a frequent chipotle customer, I have been to multiple locations around New York and North Carolina. I have to say this location did a great job with the portions, and the food was the freshest I have had in a long time.
Now, with that being said, my bowl wasn’t overflowing like some of you may expect, but my bowl was full with proper portioned servings of all of the toppings and extras I asked for.
The staff were very nice and helpful. They knew what they were doing and were only hindered by other customers making asinine requests or comments.

Best Chipotle I’ve ever had. Hear me out: I don’t know what they got so right, but seriously, our food tasted amazing. The order was perfect, and everything was right. The place was clean and tidy, and our order was ready quickly.

I came here the week it was opened, and the food I got was honestly pretty bad. The rice, chicken, and beans all had literally no flavor. The corn salsa tasted different, the barbacoa was dry, and they were out of the dressing for salads. I left a review then, but I went again on 6/12 and it was so good! It tasted like normal Chipotle, the portions were good, and the person working the counter was great. 5/5 for sure
