The manager is super nice. She is very sweet and kind. I’ve been going to this chipotle maybe for like 5 months and never really had an issue. The portions are decent and the food tastes good. Sometimes the workers aren’t the nicest but that’s about it

This was an overall exceedingly well experience for me and my significant other!! The food was delicious and there wasn’t a long wait especially for us coming during the end of lunch. But I will say the surface was a little back handed. But besides that it was excellent. I will prefer coming to this one than the Vestal one because they are a little faster and cleaner. also, they have been stocked on more of their products than the best of one because they are always out of something. also, they have great discounts!!!

Despite the staff waiting for chicken and black beans, which didn’t bother me, the food and service was amazing. A karen there was upset about waiting for black beans, giving staff grief and demanding a discount; the staff, although frustrated, showed nothing but professionalism. 5 stars isn’t enough to give to this emplpoyees

I ordered my food to be picked up at 10:20. I’m assuming they threw some stuff out because it was getting late but my bowls had no rice, no salsa, and i didn’t even get the right meat. Absolutely terrible service.

Definitely recommend the brisket! Food looked and tasted fresh. Store ended up opening late so they got a late start on everything due to the truck being late so you could tell everyone felt rushed but they handled it really well!! Had to wait a little bit for the brisket but it was worth it! Definitely going to go again! Bonus was the tables have a purse hook!!!

You should absolutely CLOSE THE JOHNSON CITY Chipoltle, I’ve went in to order and saw the conditions where they were preparing the food, it was layered with previously cut food stuck on it, in plain sight! I walked out immediately, then I gave it another go about a month later and SAME thing, went back yet another time several months later and guess what….SAME THING and worse, the entire restaurant was filthy. I believe since whoever the actual owner is, does not care what kind of manager OR if there is a manager employed they need to do a complete change of everyone. I will be contacting the County Code for restaurant operations and this place should be closed down!!!!!

Waited 25 minutes for food that was ordered 30 minutes in advance. The bathrooms were a mess, the self-serve area was a mess, the kitchen and prep areas were a mess. The takeout brown bag had food all over the bottom of it, our food containers inside were also covered in food on the outside, the food inside the containers was a mess.

The worst chipotle on the planet. Every time I show up, there’s a sign on the door for something new that’s going wrong that either makes it impossible to order, or some other issue. I once got told there was a 40 minute wait for rice (since when did it take 40 minutes to make rice in the first place???), waited 30 minutes and was told there was another 40 minute wait on rice, and had to argue with the employee before magically the rice appeared. Currently writing this review from the parking lot because they closed the dining room at noon because of “equipment issues” and can only take digital orders, but the app isn’t processing payments and they can’t accept payment on site. So I’ve wasted 45 minutes of my time just trying to order to be told it’s not happening, especially aggravating because there’s now 3 pending transactions on my card for the same order that I’m not getting.

3rd time here. Same experience every time. Dirty. Drink station and tables are always dirty. Always out of something. Scraping the guac bin to get enough for my bowl. No peppers and onions. No hot sauce. Special drinks are always so low that you can get any out. Carne asada was burnt. Staff isn’t friendly. Only 3 people in there when I walked in and everyone is standing around. Plenty of time to be filling empty containers and wiping tables and the drink station. Would recommend going to Vestal location instead!

My family and I went to Chipotle Johnson City NY on Friday 1/30/2026 around 3pm. When we walked in they had very loud rap music playing and staff on their phones. Very unprofessional. My husband and I looked at each other, turned around and took ourselves and children to Panera. So shocked and even more so management was allowing it. Never going back there.
