Absolutely filthy restaurant with indifferent staff and mediocre food. This Chipotle was a total pig hole. Just filthy in every way. If I wasn’t so hungry and short on time I would have walked out. But every aspect of the place was filthy dirty. So gross. Pictures don’t do it justice.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse order from chipotle… and it’s not even close. Maybe it’s my fault because I ordered food for pickup, which evidently is a chipotle no-no, but I received barely anything for a portion and the little bit I did receive was cold. Extremely frustrating and disappointing seeing as to how I paid extra for double meat and extra toppings… some of which I didn’t even receive. I will not be coming back to this chipotle and definitely don’t recommend anyone else go here.

I walk in and everything is nice and clean. The workers are very nice and friendly here. Especially the general manager shes super nice. I like this location better than any other locations around in the Syracuse area. Super friendly and lively atmosphere walking into the store. Will for sure be coming back .

Me and my girlfriend when in around 14:20. As she was trying to place a order I was helping her decide and the very rude lady told me to be quiet and said “we’re making a burrito” as she was done saying that when she finished the burrito she told her that “I hope he’s paying for this” after I said we’re together. As I responded with “I pay for everything” when our food was done and about to pay. I asked if there was a military discount because it ended up being around $35, she responded with “there is not one but there is a police, which I said I’ve been getting one here for a very long time with different cashiers but she said “yea they aren’t me” overall very degrading to be told to be quiet infront of my woman than being told that I hope I’m paying for all of this. Terrible experience do not recommend at all.

Once again I am here dissatisfied with this chipotle. When it first opened it was great. In the last couple years it has absolutely gone to the worst. Restaurant and line where the food is made is a mess, food laying around everywhere. Less than friendly staff. Small portions. And only ONE person working the dinner rush on a Wednesday. The line, like always, was to the door and the one girl working the line was incredibly slow and carefree of the entire situation. I will not be back which is unfortunate because I am a long time customer of this location. Very sad.

Took a lot of bad experiences at this place to get to this point, but I’m sick of being pushed around by billion dollar corporations that stonewall you every time you try to file a complaint so here we are.

I attempted to simply rate my specific order and get a refund, but since Chipotle makes that near impossible, I’ll do this instead.

Ordered a mobile order on the app last weekend. After standing around for 5 minutes at the counter while all of the employees behind the counter ignored me (you know because they no longer use the designated shelf for pick up orders) I get my food and head to the car. Made it halfway through the parking lot before the bottom of the bag exploded. Bag was completely soaked through. Neither bowl had the lid properly secured. So all of the juice from all of the ingredients that weren’t drained, had poured out of the bowls and into the bag.

I went back in and asked for a new bag, transferred the drenched and disgusting bowls into the new dry bag, and headed home. By the time I got home 15 minutes later, the new bag had become completely soaked and also started dripping out juice which had then dripped onto the floor of my car, all over the floor of the house, and on the counter. Whatever. Annoying, but I’ll live.

Then we opened the bowls to discover they’re completely covered in what can only be described as puréed carrot. Obviously congealed, disgusting fat from the Barbacoa. But never experienced this before in a bowl. After the soaked bags fiasco, now this, I had to go back.

I drove back and asked for the manager. I won’t mention his name, maybe he was having a bad day. But he couldn’t care less about running the place let alone my problem. Barely said a word when he came out. I had to ask if he was the manager, rather than, you know, introducing himself as such and having a conversation? Basic communication shouldn’t be this difficult. I explained the issue with the non-drained ingredients, which caused 2 bags to become completely soaked through with juice, and bowl lids that are left loose. He didn’t seem to care. Just gave me a blank stare. If this guy is managing the place, I’m no longer surprised by the quality. He shrugged off the disgusting bowls as “that’s just Barbacoa.” I’m not visibly irritated and just asked if they can be remade. He looked at me, didn’t say a word, and walked away. I stood there for another 5 minutes while the line moved passed me and everyone behind the counter acted like I didn’t exist. I finally just cut into the line and asked the cashier if they can find out if my order is being remade. She confirmed it was.

The manager finally came out and handed me the bag. I asked if I could get another chips and queso since the first ones I ordered had now been sitting at home for over 30 minutes given that I had to come back. Figured that was the least they could do. He refused at first, but then did agree after I argued.

I never received an apology. I walked in with the intention of getting a new order AND a refund. Given the hassle I went through for a simple mobile order. A mobile order. You know, the ones you put in to make things easier? But given the fact that it was like pulling teeth to even have a conversation with the “manager” I took what I could get and walked out. I won’t be going back to this location any time soon.

Chipotle insists on using cardboard bowls. Which the employees then load full of ingredients they don’t drain whatsoever, then don’t put the lids on. Best case, the food is soaking through the bottom of the cardboard container it’s in. Even on a good day, you’re lucky to make it home without the contents of the bowls winding up on the floor of your car.

It’s very obvious the employees simply do not care. Every one of my issues was caused by flat out carelessness. If you’re busy, and don’t have time to do it right the first time, when will you have time to do it over?

Employees care more about looking cool and having personal conversations behind the counter than they do about helping anyone.

I order from this chipotle online multiple times and every single time it’s the same thing, I order double protein (that I pay extra for) and extra rice and beans and veggies, every single time they refuse to fill the bowl up, this was the last time, not only was there barely any veggies or rice but they barely even put in any protein let alone EXTRA like I paid for, idk what they’re doing but it’s been a horrible experience here cause every time it’s the same thing.

The guy taking my order was rushing me and didn’t even give me time to think. My bowl has never been less filled, I asked for double protein but I barely guy one normal serving of meat. Rolled his eyes at me, no pleasant customer service. Establishments hire anybody nowadays, I am utterly disappointed. Properly train and hire people who understand THAT IS THEIR JOB. They act like the food comes out of their paycheck. Then the lady who checked me out made me wait and was staring into the abiss while I was waiting for her to hand me my food. Then I pay for a large bag of chips and receive only a regular. I don’t leave reviews but I am so irritated. DO BETTER.

Lazy workers who are either chatting or doing nothing. Pick up orders are never ready at the time they say they will be ready by. Staff is also rude and anytime you ask for something they have an attitude. There’s always a wait… even when it’s slow despite having more than enough workers. Avoid this location.

Much like most of the other posts I’m reading the mobile ordering here is atrocious. On multiple occasions, I have ordered pickup and arrived 10-15 minutes past the pickup time and had to wait another 10 minutes while they make orders for the people that are arriving. Finally someone comes to ask my name. They don’t even go to check and go to make another order from another customer in line. I waited until they served 5 people that arrived after me. Then a second person asked my name and surprise my food was done and cold. Not coming back here as this has happened probably a half dozen times now.
