Four of the five orders were wrong. All five orders had cold meat, beans and rice. One of the orders had a used top with a torn off sticker.

Catering order was not ready in time for pickup despite ordering more than 24 hours in advance. While waiting the power went out and management had no idea what to do, employees disappeared in the back. Manager was going to comp my order but I offered to come back later to pay. Checked back later and the power was still out. Went back the next day when they opened and a different manager that was on duty that day was extremely rude, spoke to me while she was on the phone with someone else and said it was all my fault she ended up comping the order because I came the next day. Very poor professionalism, management and just knowledge of general operating procedures.

When they first opened it was great, now a few months later their quality has gone down. The employees aren’t trained properly and never roll the burrito correctly. There are a couple of people that are great, but overall the service is terrible. The line is always covered in food droppings. The quantity is hit or miss depending on who you get behind the counter. Not worth the cost anymore.

The people that work there were really friendly, the food that we received was delicious, the problem was you pay $14 for a burrito that you only get a half portion of rice a half portion of beans and a half portion of chicken for, when I ask for more chicken, stating that it was a half a spoonful, and it wasn’t even heaping. It was flat, they said I would have to be charged double, absolutely ridiculous Fayetteville , and I would never go there again. People are you really need to go to DeWitt!!! They seem to understand portion size!

I walked in at 8:20 and the entire staff was more worried about closing down( they close at 10) then anything else. Multiple employees were standing in the front chatting not taking care of customers at all, they tried cashing out my friend who was paying for both of our meals as I’m still ordering. The area with the straws and plastic ware was empty of all the straws and utensils but they were sure filled with trash. Overall was a terrible experience and felt like no employees were worried about the customers at all. I would not reccomend this place at all. You can’t get a hold of a manager to report this to either.

Pretty awful. I’ve been here four times. Employees act like they don’t want to be there. Last time I ordered chicken and they gave me beef without saying anything. They have forgotten a part of my order every time. Very unhappy with this Chipotle. Place is always trashed too. And the employees barely interact with customers and sometimes just walk away from orders. So bad.

Super easy ordering online and the digital lane is a game changer for this establishment compared to other locations where you have to wait on the line inside. Literally only took seconds to pull up and obtain my order. Brilliant!

Im not sure why this place is getting beat up in the reviews here but I’ve been here a quite a few times now and the staff have always been courteous and food has always tasted just fine. There seems to be a misunderstanding in the reviews about the Drive-Thru. It’s called the “Chipotlane” and it’s made for mobile pickup orders through the chipotle app. (Orders can also be picked up inside based off of what you choose in the app). Again not sure why people are giving low stars here maybe there was a few hiccups getting this place running smoothly as it’s a relatively new location but right now for me anyway it’s 5 stars for me.
