I’m in a toxic relationship with this place. Sometimes I just crave Chipotle and the drive thru is great when they don’t mess up your order….which is literally 50 percent of the time.
Won’t be using the mobile app anymore due to this. It’s too frustrating to get home and find something made incorrectly. Not like it’s easy to check every single item when you order multiple things for multiple people. Disappointing because I spend a lot of money here and the rewards are a nice bonus.
The staff was professional about remaking my order at least.
The incorrect order I received had disgusting looking guac and I got *politely* man-splained why avocados turn brown. Idk…I wouldn’t eat it. If I’m paying that much for guac I don’t want brown avocado. Hopefully whomever this order was for got it corrected and received something better looking than this.

Have over 30k points and can say this is the worst chipotle online order I have ever received. My burrito is usually twice this size with double meat rice beans and a few other things but this is embarrassing. The wrap literally looks like it was ripped in half and there is no way it was wrapped from the size considering how small it is. They have a chipotlane which is clearly a bad investment if this is the products that come out of it. Would highly not recommend.

I used to love this location but unfortunately I think there is a food quality issue here. I bought lunch yesterday here and I got sooo sick ! This is the second time in a month that I’ve eaten here and gotten very sick. Throwing up ECT. I cannot eat here anymore as I am pregnant and cannot risk food poisoning. I’m upset because this was my favorite location and looking at the reviews I’m not the only one who’s gotten sick recently! There’s someone else who got sick twice within a month as well. The first time I got sick I disregarded it but after how sick I got last night after eating here for lunch I know it has to be a quality issue. Im so sad. My boyfriend said he won’t buy me chipotle anymore or let me eat chipotle again. What happened ?! If you don’t want to get sick or get food poisoning don’t eat here !!!

Skimpers…. when I asked for barbacoa they gave so little I had to ask for an additional ladel they refused, they’ll skimp you on queso too even though your paying extra, but they’ll dollop on sour cream like its nothing. Use to love this location. With not be returning.

This is the second time in a month I’ve gotten sick only after eating at the this location. One time is a fluke but the second time shows there’s negligence within their processes. Both times ordering, the food has been ice cold within minutes of receiving. I’ve brought this up to corporate as a sincere concern and seems they have not taken it serious. I’ve since filed a complaint with Onondaga health department. Needless to say you should take consumer feedback serious. I tried to respectfully warn you clowns ahead of time.

Couldn’t tell you the last time I asked for extra anything and actually got it. Got double protein. Double EVERYTHING and it looked like I got something a child would’ve ordered. 2ns to last time I ordered I got my usual order and then got 3 of the 8 things I usually order. Should refund someone if they order at 8 pm (close at 11) and they throw together whatever was available rather than call or notify what was available. As a former employer of this specific location, sad to see where it’s gone

A Disappointing Customer Service Experience
This review is for the customer service at this location only.
My recent experience picking up an online order was incredibly disappointing. I arrived at the drive-thru and waited patiently, but after a few minutes, no one came to the window or acknowledged me. To get their attention, I gently knocked on the window once.
An employee, who I later found out was the manager, came to the window and handed me my order. However, she was extremely rude and said, “Don’t ever knock on the window again,” before closing it in my face. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional.
I was taken aback and decided to park and go inside to speak with the manager about the situation. To my surprise, she was the manager. When I explained that her behavior was unacceptable, she showed no remorse, didn’t apologize, and simply told me to leave.
The complete lack of customer care and respect was shocking. Because of this experience, I will be driving 20 minutes to a different Chipotle location from now on and will not be returning to this one.

I called the store and whoever answered the phone today 11/9/2025 at 4:20 PM refused to add more rice to my order because the lid was on it.
The absolute laziness and lack of customer service by this location is disgusting.
All workers at this location, particular the female who answered the phone, are an absolute horrible representation of the franchise.
