Either tell people if their food isn’t ready move from the drive thru window or get rid of the curb. Wasted an hour blocked in because people were waiting for food at the window and I couldn’t back out. Also ordered a large bag of chips and got a bag the size of a credit card. Won’t waste my time and I’ll go to Taco Bell next time.

I have visited this Auburn Chipotle on three other occasions, today being the fourth time. It is always clean. Today I had my mother, and my son with me. We were buying food to go, and there were two employees that I seen both working well together, and really taking care of everything. I must say they took good care of us. The food was fresh, hot, and well handled. They deserve a big shout out from management. This location is always clean, and the food has always been good. I have been to other locations. One in New Hartford, and one in Syracuse. Neither one meet the standards of clean, and good staff that was kind, and not mad or hurried looking. Today we were in your Auburn store according to my receipt at 3:33 pm. My host was Mecca on the register, but the gal took care of me. The host Mecca took care of my 88 year old mom, and also my son. I want to say that when you are out and about in this weather and you can rely on good service, and food in a pinch, this location made the points. Thank you so much. Please tell your staff that we appreciated them. I hope that you reward them with a gift card or something around these holidays. I can’t leave a photo because I got home ( i live one hour away ) and sat down to eat without thinking of taking photos.

I’ve visited many Chipotle restaurants in my life, and this may be the worst one I’ve been to. Lemme give you a play-by-play so you truly understand how bad this was.
The moment I walk in & line up to the counter, the workers are talking each other like they’re at home watching a basketball game. The guy taking my order, has an earbud in, and is sloppily putting food onto other orders while he half-listens to me. I ask for a chicken burrito, asking for plain white rice, to which the guy taking my order gets visibly irritated by that, and angrily throws some into the tortilla after fumbling around for a couple minutes looking for it.
Then, they tell me they’re fresh out of chicken, and I’ll need to wait for it to finish cooking. I almost walk out as he says that, but sit tight and see what else could possibly go wrong. And after waiting for them to cut up the chicken, the dude drops a bunch onto the floor while carrying it with his hands to my burrito…
This is by-far the most understaffed, overworked, and careless Chipotle I have ever been to. The food itself was…underwhelming for Chipotle standards. The rice was obviously sitting out for a while (even though I asked for plain, which is usually hot and delicious), and the guacamole & chicken were both under-seasoned.
Only good thing I can say is that the restaurant itself wasn’t disgustingly dirty, so…there’s a plus, I guess?

I came here on December 2nd at around 8pm. Practically everything was gone to start, guac, queso, chimuchurris. I could’ve overlooked that if the staff wasn’t deliberately careless and rude. I kindly ask if they have guac and the young man making my burrito simply told me no with a bitter tone and was unusually sparing with ingredients. To top that off, he rolled it with no effort and the bare burrito was touching the counter because he didn’t wrap it fully in the foil and it was clear that it’d immediately fall apart if I tried opening it. I immediately walked out, refusing to pay chipotle prices for something that clearly was made without any care. I will be avoiding this chipotle from now on because it’s clear that the crew that works here cannot be bothered to do their job with due diligence.

Last two stops here were pretty bad.
1. Waited half an hour after my mobile order said it was ready. No staff even paid me any mind while I was waiting 30 minutes. When I got my order, it was ice cold and had been done already but sitting on the back wall by the drive thru.
2. Stopped in before work for a burrito, as soon as I took it out of the wrap, the entire contents of the burrito fell out, sides of the burrito weren’t even rolled.

One of the nastiest, dirtiest places I have ever walked in. I have seen cleaner rest rooms. Will not step into that place again. The employees were standing chatting with each other while they could have been washing all the food smeared tables and replenishing supplies.

Probably my worst chipotle experience. To start I have never once seen any fresh food being made on the grills the protein is always cold, veggies and guacamole aren’t fresh aswell and seem brown or mushy at times. There’s never a line either… I gave it the benifit of the doubt to return again but was a mistake. Will only be going to the camillus NY location from now on.. would seriously look into this if any managers or higher up’s see this post. I’m not joking was not good at all seemed off needs to be looked into.

Honestly I love a lot of Chipotles food but in the last 5 months I have gone into their to get my usual salad and been out of their dressing 4 times sometimes even being told after I ordered the salad, we used to get it for the office much more frequently but as of late there is a 50% chance of not having stuff in stock so sadly it’s not worth the time going here anymore
