It was my first visit, so really didn’t know how it worked. Despite there being a long lunch line-up, the staff took the time to explain everything to us and kept the line moving quickly. None of the tables had been cleaned, but despite that, we really enjoyed it. The food was fast and really good.

First time at this location. Mid afternoon and a little busy. Servers were quick and efficient, so there was never a long line. Food was good but I noticed that Chipotle now offers fewer options for “sides” and no queso. I had a bowl and the portions are much smaller compared to what they used to be

Staff was helpful, friendly, efficient and fast. This was only the second time I’ve eaten at a Chipotle and the staff was great, food was great and ready fast. My only suggestion would be to have a dedicated staff member to keep the dining area cleaned during high traffic times. The trash was over flowing and the tables were covered in food. We were there at least 40 minutes and no one ever came to address these issues.

As a first time customer I felt like I was bothering the staff. They were not mean or angry, just, well, doing what they had to. I was disappointed. I hear people say “it’s fire!” and I’m left struggling to find what I like because they didn’t know the cut of meat involved. I ended up googling the menu after. But I got chicken and it was great. The options I picked were a bit jumbled because I didn’t know the portions. But over all I enjoyed what I got.

The food was no different than any other chipotle but the guy behind the counter was very rude to my girlfriend. She asked for a no rice bowl and he acted like she disrespected his entire family. He raised his voice when she asked about the chicken saying its the only one they had and was visibly mean mugging her for the whole order after just smiling for the customers in front of us and the whole time he made us just stand there while he was joking with the cashier. Place needs a new crew.
