I had the distinct misfortune of stopping here over the weekend. Seems like the basics of running national chain business, or any food-service business, were completely lacking. Worth mentioning among other less notable highlights such as generally unclean customer area and overflowing trash was that on an exceptionally hot day the ice machine was not working. There’s a handy color laminated sign to offer an explanation, but according to other’s posting here it’s been out of service for half a year. Chipotle, just have some delivered or grab ice from the next door Beer Store where a sign on the front says, “we have ICE.”

They are always out of something (cheese, chicken, steak, lettuce etc) but this time they were just placing random orders in bags. Both the bowl and the burrito I ordered had the wrong names / were totally different than what was ordered. The order is also never ready on time. There seems to be no oversight into what the employees are doing. The guy making the burritos/ bowls was walking around eating chips. I love chipotle but this location never delivers.

What happened to the Chipotle in Kingston? Did the owner of this franchise location decide to just let it rot? I’m genuinely curious…. I’ve been here roughly a dozen times in the past year, each time hoping the operational issues with this location have been resolved, only to find that it has gotten worse. Charged for items I did not order or receive. Food was also improperly seasoned (chopped peppers in the rice?) and multiple other customers had issues with their orders and were subsequently overcharged.

They are always out of something, tonight it was out of guacamole & salsa. The server was giving tiny portions of every item. It was not worth the $11 I paid. I won’t go back again for a while and hopefully it’ll be a better experience.

Have never been so disappointed with a restaurant, there were about 3 people in line ahead of me looked like 10 to 15 people working and only one person taking orders and making food, while everyone else was talking. Took 20 minutes to get to the front of the line, they were out of half of their options no steak no corn no guacamole. The guy at the was first with his back facing the counter and scratching himself then on his phone before ringing us up. Go over to fill our cups the area is a complete mess no lids, utensils were disgusting. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

The store was dirty. They were out of tortillas, guacamole, brown rice, sofritas & steak. There was no ice. The fountain sodas were empty. They had no lemonade or iced teas. I probably would’ve left but we had started ordering and the line was long. Worst. Experience. Ever. I won’t be back.

Place is absolutely disgusting trash bins full floor with garbage all over tables dirty. Staff skimping out on meat like it’s coming out of there pocket. No ice cause machine is broke but beer world is right next door. Definitely will not return needs to be managed better.
