My daughter was ripped off with a plate of food. She asked for just meat and cheese with sauce and was give 4 pieces of meat and charges $12 for the plate …..we will report this to the DOC affairs to investigate and management should be made aware of this situation that seems to repeat itself as shown in the reviews.

I doordashed from here and the order was completely wrong, and had to get a refund. Then a separate time weeks later, I do a pick up order here and its someone else’s order inside my bag so I had to drive all the way back. This location has an issue with making sure people are getting their correct order. Its almost like if you aren’t getting it at the place and watching while they’re doing it, they don’t care and you wont get the right order.

This is the absolute worst Chipotle I’ve ever gone to, the portions are criminal, they slapped some dry beans on top of maybe a spoonful of rice and then proceeded to pour a mound of sour cream on top of it, with absolutely no meat. It looks disgusting and I wish I would have never went there. Avoid this Chipotle at all costs.

Used to be my go to chipotle and I stopped coming for a while. Today I was reminded why. I had a free entree scan code on the app. I scanned it and the employee at the register told me it had been redeemed already. I told him this was the first time I’ve seen it and I wasnt sure why it said that. He asked if it was a screenshot and I swiped and showed him it wasn’t. He asked I guess a manager or shift lead and he said he has no control over the app. That I can understand, but now I can’t even use the coupon for it. Won’t be back, service and food has gone way downhill.

Just spent $30 on two bowls and it was not edible. The meat was cold. The rice was hard. I must’ve gotten last night’s leftover. The server put globs of sour cream. This food was just awful. I will never be back going to stick with more authentic Tex mex in the area instead.
