Went to get a bowl..waited online to pay..cashier grabs my bowl gives it to the people in front of me..no big deal..I wait for them to make me another one..then time to pay $21 bucks..I said that for this?? Yea double meat..I never asked for double meat..explained I never asked for then only for the workers to look around in circles..paid the money cause people are also waiting..won’t be going back unfortunately..in the pic..yea ain’t no double meat there

I’ve been to every Chipotle in Suffolk, plenty in Nassau. This is the best portion sizes, freshness, and quality out of all of them.
This is the holy grail that makes you enjoy Chipotle. Just don’t get the rice when it’s at the bottom or the scraps of chicken at the bottom and you’ll get a good bowl 9/10 times.

This location needs a management refresh. It’s the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve experienced. The food trays and serving area are always a mess. You feel like you’re interrupting everyone when you go there. Not very friendly, no greetings. I can live with that, but the dirty trays and serving area did it for me. So unappealing. I gave it three visits and saw that it’s standard operating procedure for this location and won’t go there anymore.

Edit: The people at the place where helpful with my concerns. My complaints have more to do with and customer service system as a whole, but people went above beyond address my concerns.
I order from here every now and then and for the most part I’m happy with what they provide. I usually get the burrito bowl with extra beans and veggies, It’s filling. My last order was ice cold even though I opened it within 15 minutes of taking it home, typically not an issue. The other issue is that I was given extra rice in lieu of the extra beans and veggies I specifically requested. I don’t like the service because it’s very hard to get a hold of someone and it is a fight with AI chat services to get compensated properly. this company is not good as far as customer service goes. I had no way of speaking to someone when I dialed the store’s number. generally I would say I recommend the place, but be prepared to deal with pretty bad customer service if there are any issues.

The customer service at this place is fantastic. The manager, I believe his name is Chris, is always attentive and incredibly passionate about customer satisfaction. I genuinely appreciate his dedication. I’ve never had any issues here, and I highly recommend it. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Whoever owns this spot really needs to focus on customer service training. I used to visit this location a lot because I work in the area however, after one too many negative interactions I decided to give it a break. Now, imagine my surprise walking into this place at 8:02 on a Thursday night, seeing 5/6 team members hanging out in an empty restaurant just talking having a good ole hangout session. 2 of them behind the serving counter looks me up and down, no acknowledgment btw. The others seemed to be on break (I hope). A few moments goes by, I’m patiently waiting for someone to acknowledge me, say hello, mam I’ll be right with you, just finishing up, something anything, not a word!! After 2 minutes of standing there feeling like I was interrupting a hangout session, I politely walked right back out. This place is never even all that clean either. A little customer service would go a long way. Jesus Christ.

The food was so good! Our server Ethan was kind and pleasant. We had a small issue with the order but the manager immediately rectified it and ensured we had a good experience. Very impressed with the level of professionalism and how much I enjoyed my meal 10/10 thank you!

They have put a hard Block on phone calls. I had to call to explicitly give them instructions regarding the order due to an allergy and the phone tree refuses to connect me to a person. Their ordering system sucks too. This has turned us off completely from ordering from Chipotle anymore! Horrible service when they refuse to answer your phone call.

This place is a joke. It has the lowest reviews for a reason I ordered online came here at 8 PM and they were sold out of chicken. I had to wait 30 minutes. The staff is so lazy. Why didn’t they prep for more chicken? It’s a Saturday it will be busy!!! They just want to talk and chitchat and not do anything. The cashier just told all the doordashers, They had to wait a long time not professionally at all!! Never coming back here again!!!
