Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed an online order through Chipotle’s web app and paid over $9 extra for double Carne Asada on my bowl. What I received looked like half of a single serving, not double by any reasonable standard.
On top of that, the chimichurri sauce that was supposed to be included on the side was completely missing.

This order came from the Lindenhurst location, and unfortunately this behavior is consistent. Portions are routinely skimpy even when customers pay for extras. It raises a fair question: what are employees trying to save the food for? All this does is frustrate customers and damage trust. This is not how you run a business.

When you charge premium prices, the bare minimum is honoring what was ordered and paid for. This location is actively damaging Chipotle’s brand, and employees clearly need better training around portioning and order accuracy.
Extremely disappointing experience. I will be filing a chargeback with American Express. Save your money and avoid this location.

This is a online order for a double (carne asada) burrito. About 9 pieces of meat- and 2 tortillas plopped on each other. Shape your online ordering up before someone comes in there and throws there burrito at the window, or better yet at one of your employees! And i guarantee you It will happen….

No words are really needed here because the picture says it all. I was immediately disgusted and disappointed with the presentation and lack of customer service. The food looks a mess and the staff have attitude when preparing your food. They often times toss food carelessly the bowl then hand you that messy bowl with the lid not properly on. I remember a time where this would be considered absolutely unacceptable for Chipotle standards. The prices went up while presentation and customer service standards went down. Such a shame because I truly enjoyed eating here.

Love, chipotle, but this was by far my worst experience. Usually when they are running low on stop, they usually ask people to make more. I asked for white rice and he gave me the hard crisp burnt pan of the white rice of the bottom of the Can. proceed to then give me half a scoop of chicken. Overall, they didn’t have anything full. Everything was for the most part empty. But on the other side where mobile orders go everything is completely filled to the top.

Disappointing is an understatement. It is definitely location specific as I enjoy chipotle at other locations but this one seems to give you 1/4 of what you receive from other locations. When the location was contacted to rectify they simply said no that portion size is store specific and they could not help. On past occasions when I went into this location it is dirty as well. I really don’t ever complain but with the rising cost at the least you can receive some kind of customer satisfaction by receiving what you pay for and not leave feeling ripped off.

An online order was placed for a burrito and a bowl. The burrito was all rice, none of the ingredients I requested were in the burrito and it was somehow slimy. The burrito was less than half the size it should be. It appeared the burrito was made with soft taco tortillas pieced together. The bowl came full of rice and corn, maybe a spoonful of chicken if that much. The owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves for taking people’s money and given them inedible food. With the amount of money charged and paid the least you could do is make the food correctly. Raise your standards, train your employees accordingly, take some pride in providing quality service and food!! Chipotle’s corporate office should step in and provide this location with training, support, standards. Completely unacceptable and sad that after the amount of negative online reviews no one in management has stepped up to correct the issues being complained about.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I placed this order 3 hours in advanced for my husband. As you can see by the order, my husband ordered double chicken white rice and cheese (not hard to make) my husband opened to find 1/4 of the portion (see picture). Large chips ??? 10 chips constitutes large chips are you kidding. I opened my bowl. I can’t eat rice or beans because I have no colon and can kill me. It clearly states guacamole, fajitas vegetables, steak, tomato, cheese and lettuce (not hard to make). I can’t eat mine either. I contacted the store supervisor, Carlos who stated they don’t deliver despite the app starting delivery vs pickup. I’m disabled and my husband has worked since 5:30 am. The entire order for 53.80 is garbage. The supervisor, Carlos told me I could only get a refund by going back to the store????? skip Chipotle and go to Qdoba or Moe’s Southwest.

I ordered online for pickup. When I got there the order was ready that is about the only positive thing I have to say about my experience there. No one helped me find my order I had to search through about 15 bags waiting to be picked up. Drived home and opened my food which looked like someone ate half . The 2 bowls I ordered were not even half full where you could see the bottom of the bowl. Food had no taste and was ice cold. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle, I will not be ordering from this location again. If you place an order here I hope you are not that hungry because you are about to recieve a kids menu portion! The pictures show how the bowls looked when opened.

I’ve come here on multiple occasions and the service has been absolutely trash but tonight I was taking care of by Jonathan and his hospitality was exceptional. He was such a kind young man. Definitely someone to keep on your staff. Thank you Jonathan for making our post workout meal memorable.

The amount of money you charge for the food you get is absurd. Such little chicken on a taco. Then I asked for a little more and the hostess literally put one piece of chicken on each taco with an attitude. I swear I’m done with chipotle. Better off at Moe’s or even Taco Bell.
