I would like to receive the full portions of the food that I ordered when I mobile order a bowl for delivery. They always skimp out on the portion sizes. Why did i literally get 6 strands of lettuce…this is the entirety of my lettuce for my bowl.

The quesadilla is really, really good.
My advice: don’t add veggies. Since the quesadilla has limited space, if you add veggies the less protein you get. They are made to order and every bite is cheesy.

I also like that their portions are solid, at least in my online ordering experience. I can’t speak for in-person orders since my go-to item is only available online, but so far it’s been consistently positive.

On the rare occasion something was missing, the staff handled it perfectly : no attitude, no hassle, just a quick “no worries, we got you” and they made it right. That kind of customer service makes me want to keep coming back.

I ordered a bowl and had two rewards in my account: one for a free queso and one for a fountain drink. When I got to the register, I scanned both rewards. The cashier told me I could only use one reward at a time. I said, “Okay, just the queso then,” very clearly.

However, the transaction wasn’t adjusted properly. I noticed the total was still around $17, which didn’t make sense. I asked if the fountain drink was still being charged, and he said yes. I then had to ask for it to be removed since I had already said I only wanted to use the queso reward. Because it wasn’t corrected the first time, the entire transaction had to be redone and I had to rescan everything.

After rescanning the queso reward and paying, my card showed “approved,” so I stepped away to get utensils. Then the cashier yelled across the restaurant, “Ma’am, can you come back? It didn’t go through. It has $7 left” That was embarrassing and unnecessary. If there was an issue, it could have been handled more discreetly instead of calling out across the dining area.

This isn’t the first issue I’ve had at this location. There have been times when the rice seemed old, and I’ve previously been told that rewards require a minimum purchase, even when the specific reward terms did not clearly state that. The inconsistency in how rewards are handled is frustrating and makes the experience feel unprofessional.

Overall, the lack of attention to detail, unclear communication, and how the situation was handled made what should have been a simple order unnecessarily stressful.

So I went in to this location and asked for 2 chicken bowls and asked the person making bowls if for one of the bowls if he could put the chicken, that would have gone in the bowl, in a little plastic cup so it’s on the side instead of directly in the bowl. Chipolte is very salty and my wife has a sodium allergy where if she gets to much it can trigger a vertigo attack. The worker said that he would have to charge for extra chicken because it’s on the side???? It’s not extra chicken! So I asked for a manager and this woman who said she was the manager on duty couldn’t understand the concept either that this is only one serving of chicken. She said that if there is no chicken in the bowl then it is a salad bowl and then the chicken would be extra???? I wasn’t even getting salad in the bowl. A salad bowl has no rice and that’s not what I wanted. Since she said the chicken had to be in the bowl, I asked if they could put the chicken in the little cup and then put the cup in the bowl and she said no. She basically said management has told them to do it this way since a few weeks ago and that they are watching them on cameras… I have been to many many other Chipolte restaurants and they have not had any problem doing this for me. I will not be going back to this location again.

Rationing my rice like it comes out of their paycheck. My buddy asked for double carne asada and got 3 extra pieces and still got charged. Aaron Boone could run this joint better. Plus this is the first time they’ve ever given me a pan for my bowl to sit on

We love chipotle but if I could give this specific location 0 stars I would. I have given them so many chances. Over and over they consistently get the order wrong and forget items. I even reached out to chipotle corporate and they generously gave me a free burrito, so I decided to give them another chance. Again tonight our queso was missing, our burritos were half the size as usual, and they left out sour cream in one of the burritos. I recommend driving 10 mins past this location to the sayville one. BAY SHORE CHIPOTLE SHOULD CLOSE.

THIS PLACE DESPERATELY NEEDS NEW STAFF !!!
When you go in person the portion sizes are okay but the employees are stingy and unhappy to give you a decent amount of food. Every time you ask for double its a dirty look from all the employees and a grumbling that it costs extra.
Never order online from here because youll get skimped everytime. The people here have a vendetta against giving you more food even though paid.

This chipotle is by far one of the bestz food was yummy, clean restroom and restaurant, the employees at this restaurant, more specifically the employees who work Saturday evenings to close are absolutely incredible.. They helped me out when they really didn’t have to and I am forever grateful to them for taking the time to go above and beyond for me.
