Not worth the money. We did the catering option. It is advertised as “feeds 4-6 people”. There was enough rice for 3. All of the containers were half filled. The steak was burnt to a crisp, dry and inedible. Nobody could eat it. We had to go back. We would have paid less money and gotten more food if everyone went to the store and had a bowl made. Went there tonight at approximately 9:30, place was dead and filthy. There were workers sitting around doing nothing, nobody was cleaning. Tables were disgusting. There were no forks, only spoons. There were no napkins in the napkin holder and everything by the soda fountain was sticky. There were no garbage pails out (who knows where they were but we had to ask for a garbage pail). Whoever was in charge at this time should be terminated. Absolutely unacceptable!

I hate this location. I am a big fan of chipotle but this location is the worst EVER. The staff there is so miserable. They act like I bothered them for ordering my food that I AM PAYING FOR. They act like the money is coming out of their pockets so they CHEAP you out of food portions. I am sorry that I come to your JOB and ordered my food. They’re ALWAYS changing staff because they’re so incompetent. Also why AND how does the price always change when I order the SAME thing every time. This location needs to shut down. I rather go to Merrick thats further for me. I hope the Long Beach location doesn’t disappoint.

Environment please please Chipotle keep the restaurant with a clean presentation. We love Chipotle and we want things in order and clean. Garbage cans needs to get clean when the cans are overflowing.

This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. I paid full price for a bowl and was literally given almost no food — what’s the point of ordering if the bowl is basically empty? On top of that, the staff had terrible attitudes and acted like my order was an inconvenience to them, even though the mistake was entirely on their end. It’s ridiculous to charge premium fast-casual prices and then serve nothing while being rude about it. Chipotle used to be about value and service, but this location clearly doesn’t care about either. I won’t be coming back.

Food was fine and servers seemed fine but not a single person had a smile on their face, tables were dirty, bathroom was gross and had no soap, hand towels, or toilet paper. Shame because it’s definitely not the employees faults. There’s either a management issue or corporate issue.

Absolutely terrible customer service, they gave me too little rice that couldn’t make more then two bowls then decided to be nasty and say was lying about not having enough food, the catering trays are suppose to feel 4-6 people it only feed two. I do not recommend this location. I would go to valley stream they are a lot nicer and not nasty when u have a concern.

I’ve been to this chipotle a few times and they’re the only ones who give me problems. I just ordered double chicken and rice and the cashier, for whatever reason, wouldn’t give me the 3 pointer price with extra chicken. I’m so done with this location.
