Ordered 3 bowls yesterday. Food was so salty, it was inedible. I’m a frequent Chipotle customer. Someone 10x-ed the salt or just didn’t mix it. I had to toss all 3 bowls. It’s a 20 min drive each way, so not worth returning the food. Had some good orders from here, too, so this is a quality control issue. (Minor comments: lettuce goes on top of the cheese, not the other way around; and please don’t wrap two tortillas in one sheet of aluminum foil – they are obviously for two different people and impossible to separate – 3 bowls and 3 tortillas on the side, so each tortilla should be wrapped separately.) Not ordering here again. One star for atmosphere, bc this is takeout only, which is lame. Above issues could be avoided if one could eat at the restaurant.
PS: another review suggests the salt sabotaged was done because I didn’t tip – I’m a generous tipper at restaurants but tired of tipping for self-service food. If this is true, Chipotle (or the health department) needs to step in and shut this place down, especially when food for kids is involved!!

Portions are incredibly small, and I paid for extra portions.

I also paid for chips and guac, and they somehow forgot to give me the chips. I only got a side of guac.

I got ripped off.

This location gives Chipotle a bad reputation. Corporate needs to step in and replace the managers with people that know how to run a restaurant.

We love Chipotle and have never had a totally satisfactory order at THIS location, but today was the worst ever. Brown guac and tiny portions, even the chip bag was maybe 1/3 full of small broken chips. They’re not using full scoops and the customer service chat did nothing. Almost worth the drive back to return and have our $25 back.

I’ve never had an issue here until today. I can’t prove it but I absolutely feel the staff tampered with mine and my 4 y/o son’s food. I paid online and didn’t tip – because it’s digital kitchen. I had a bowl, and i got a kids meal for my son. I strongly believe, and again I can’t confirm, they severely salted my food because of lack of tip. I had a chicken bowl w the usual toppings and I literally couldn’t finish the chicken pieces, it was incredibly over salted. I tried my son’s black beans and genuinely gagged because of how overwhelming the salt was. He had a kids quesadilla and again, completely inedible. Even the damn rice was saltier than usual. What gives? We already have limited options here in this small town – now I have to worry about people messing with my food if I don’t tip at a DIGITAL KITCHEN?

Wimpy portion sizes. I paid an extra $2.85 for maybe 2 tablespoons of guac, and this is how “full” my bowl was when I opened it. I picked up at my exact specified pickup time and all of our meals were cold.

Awful! Ordered and took 56 minutes to put 1 bowl together. How is that possible? There are no walk in customers, no distractions other than making the food. To top it off, take a look at the picture, this is a 20.90 bowl. Done with Chipotle

I purchased a bowl for over 20 dollars, and it showed up like the photo attached. How is this sustainable as a company to give people HALF of what is purchased. Disappointing to say the least, since I had a legitimate taste for Chipotle. Too bad, I guess….

I don’t even know why we keep going back here. It’s probably conscience. I’ve made so many complaints on the chipotle website but this food no matter how many times I’ve ordered here is ALWAYS SO SALTY. I can’t even eat it. I try to call and no one answers. I make a complaint online and only ever get a sorry thanks for your feedback here’s your free drink. 30$ each time we’ve ordered and complained for SALTY FOOD.

Disclaimer: this review should not be taken as a criticism, but rather, as an informed critique. This branch is a to-go-only branch where no sit-ins are served. It is my current thought that this business model has had a significant impact, more negative than positive, on the food (quantity) and service (timeliness) of this Chipotle branch. Let me briefly explain. FYI I ordered from this place about 10 times.

1. Service Speed: It is slow. There is a significant difference in what the App tells me versus the actual time of service. In many occasions (around 30% of my visits), I had to wait more than 10 minutes. In almost all occasions (except for once), I waited more than 5 minutes. There were two occasions where my order was taken, mistakenly, by the delivery app drivers. Admittedly, the latter information is NOT a mistake of this Chipotle, but the management needs to address this issue in the long run.

2. Food quantity: it is NOT the same as other Chipotle branches. There were times when the overall quantity was around 75% of a “normal” bowl. In the picture below (August 12th, 2023 around 2pm), the quantity was good, but the distribution of food was skewed. The chicken bowl was a rice bowl with few sprinkles of chicken (I got curious and counted the chicken pieces). That this has happened repeatedly in the past raises a bigger concern that, perhaps, the management has deliberately informed the staffs to cut costs by minimizing the quantity of proteins. Unlike a “normal” Chipotle, this branch prepares food in the kitchen where the customers cannot see directly before their eyes what and how much an ingredient goes into their dishes. When events recur, it might NOT be a pure coincidence.

People want to go to these food chains for the uniformity of food and service provided across the chains. I cannot say that this branch lives up to that standard. However, not everything is perfect and there exists a room for improvement for everything.

FYI the McDonalds right across from this Chipotle is great. If I had to eat out in these two places only, then I would go to McDonalds 75% and Chipotle 25% of my total visits, provided that the current quality persists.

Food was fresh and tasted good, but there were several mistakes with my online order and it was very late from the stated pickup time.

It’s a grab and go place (digital kitchen). No seating inside, small waiting area.
