I’ve been to this location 3 times and every time was a poor experience.

1st time – I was overcharged and when I contacted Chipotle to rectify the situation they didn’t have this location listed as an option.

2nd time – I wait on line a significant amount of time and overhear chicken isn’t available yet. That’s one of my main ingredients, but I settled with getting all steak. Time to order, “brown rice, black beans”, there’s no brown rice and none was being prepped. I left with no food.

3rd time – I get my bowl with all ingredients and the food is proper Chipotle quality. However, the actual restaurant – filthy (see photos – Saturday Jan 3rd – 6:48pm)

Very bad service. The amount of food they put on a plate is so little even for kids it wouldn’t be enough not to mention how they dont keep the place clean at all you can see the garbage from outside

I’ve never been to ANY restaurant that was this disgusting. literally trash, food, etc ALL OVER THE FLOOR. absolutely filthy. good thing this isn’t my local chipotle. intentionally had my order to go because i didn’t want to eat there. portions were tiny too. smallest burrito i’ve ever gotten from chipotle. don’t come here

The food was absolutely incredible, with the steak cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out, especially the guacamole, which was outstanding. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a spotless, welcoming environment that made the whole experience even more enjoyable

Every time I order on the app and pic up at the drive through they make me wait so long. Even though they see me they just ignore me until they feel like i waited enough. Also always an empty cup and im told to go inside and get my drink. At this point walking in is better.

New spot in town, stopped for lunch and glad it was not that busy on a weekday. They have digital order pickup which is like a drive up and pick your online order. Service was great, we tried the Chicken bowl with brown rice and toppings. Service was great. Plenty of parking at their lot.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Chipotle, and today’s visit was the final straw. I had an interaction with a server who was not only unhelpful, but frankly rude. When I asked for black beans, she responded abruptly with, “We’re out, no more.” Since it was only 4 PM, I didn’t think it was unreasonable to ask if another employee could check how long it might take for more to be ready. Instead of answering, she rolled her eyes at me. She then asked an employee in the food prep area, who immediately confirmed they did have beans. She grabbed them—while rolling her eyes at me again. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

The cashier wasn’t much better. She always seems rushed and doesn’t listen to what customers are saying. Today, I had to repeat multiple times that I needed to ring up a gift card and my order. I understand they want to provide fast service, but friendliness and accuracy are important too—especially when customers are clearly communicating what they need.

I was genuinely excited when this location opened, but it has disappointed me time and time again. The employees consistently show a lack of care, which is especially frustrating in a service-based business. Honestly, this location is turning out to be even worse than the one in the Woodbury Commons—which I didn’t think was possible.

At this point, I don’t know if I’ll be returning. This team needs serious retraining in customer service and professionalism. Attached is my receipt.

Was excited to try this when it opened. Have tried it now several times hoping it would be better. Every time we go the wait to order our food is ridiculously long. Tables are always dirty so we usually got it to go. The portions are smaller than other chipolte places and trying to order with someone who doesn’t understand basic English and has to have another coworker translate is exhausting. The one in the Commons is so much better.

The people there were miserable. They were very rude rushing me when I was ordering for my family and everyone that was working there besides a nice Peruvian lady seemed like they hated their job and when I asked about law enforcement discount only gave $4 off when every chipotle I’ve been to gives me 50% off. They had no lettuce, and were out of stock with almost everything and didn’t want to go out of there was to check for anything. I will never go to another chipotle after what these workers made my experience.

There’s always a problem with this exact location. Steaks over cooked 9 times out of 10. Or they don’t have something prepared as always. Some of the staff is nice but most are usually rude when you ask simple questions. Would not recommend this location unless you want to ruin your expectations of Chipotle
