I often frequent this Chipotle location, but my experience doesn’t always prompt a review. On the evening of 9/15, I had the pleasure of being helped by Aaron N making my burrito and Bobby ringing up my purchase. They were welcoming, efficient, and made sure I received what I wanted even when it looked like items had run out. It was a totally unexpected but refreshing experience to have at the end of what was a very long, tiring day. I hope Aaron and Bobby keep up the good work!

After a day of hard work I went to this place to eat a salad which I ordered online and to my surprise I found an insect inside my salad just imagine how bad it must be for your body to ingest an insect like this many times we want to eat healthy but places like this are not helpful as they have very bad hygiene at the time of finding the insect I went to the staff and told them in complete discretion and in a low voice as there were more customers and I did not want to give a bad impression but these people just took my order and threw it away and made me wait 40 minutes for a replacement that they never gave me if they cared about the mistake they made a horrible service a total disaster I do not recommend this place at all.

Proportion size is here are extremely small and extremely inconsistent with any other location in the area. There’s literally a chipotle not far away in Rochelle that has better quality food (this food is dry and tasteless) and better portion sizes. I’m devastated that I spent any money with them so I just want to make sure that I warned others before anyone else has to go through that level of devastation after being hungry. To note their portion size of cheese is a sprinkle between two fingers, and fear not, they showed me that that’s their corporate guidance. Shame on chipotle honestly and even worse this location.

Came here to get the Carne Asada burrito specifically for the red chimichurri sauce and the staff were extremely kind and diligent. Brandon rolled my burrito really well and it’s remained intact despite it being full and then Jasmine and Jayden went out their way to get me the last batch of the red chimichurri sauce since I went around 7 PM.
As for the chimichurri sauce, it is very tangy and good in small amounts .

I can’t believe they charge almost $7 for this size of a side order of steak. I’ve ordered the same thing at other chipotle locations and never have I been given a side of meat in a sauce cup. That’s ridiculous and just robbery.

It is very upsetting that you have workers they really don’t wanna work there. They don’t even change their glove when serving the food and they touching everything all the computers and everything they give you the wrong orders from the sticker and when you call them customer service sucks you asked for a manager, and the manager is too busy either to pick up the phone or to at least acknowledge the situation this location needs to do better. And as you can see, I’m uploading the photos of how my food looks and the description on the food totally different is the opposite of what I asked for.
