I have bought in this location before and they always serve me a good amount of food this time there were two hispanic guys that gave me a small amount of chicken and even lettuce I have never seen someone give me that small amount of portion and I always buy at chipotle. I had to tell him to put more chicken that I will pay for it qnd I payed for a burriton with no rice extra chicken that looked like the regular amount with just lettuce 18$. The guys looked like they werent really trained. They look lost.

The store has not been open a half of year and already skimping on orders. I ordered 3 entrees via the app for my kids and all were filled half way with roughly 7 small pieces of protein. I will definitely not return to this location. Disappointing because its the nearest location to home.

Let me preface this review by saying that this location is on the block that I live on. This is a very high volume area during peak hours like lunch and dinner.
I have been at this location for a total of 3 times. Once I ordered inside and twice I ordered on the app. During all encounters the customer service was good and the employees pleasant and nice. The pick up window was delayed once due to other people’s orders.
With regards to wait time, I am used to having to wait at the McDonalds across the street for the last 10 years I’ve lived here; so a new establishment trying to get their bearings soon after opening doesn’t bother me. Just plan to pick up at least 20 min after the pick up time to avoid disappointment. You can’t control other people and their orders.
I am hoping that they work out the kinks in the next few months but it won’t stop me from going.

Honestly the best chipotle I’ve had in a very long time. The meat was not dry, the rice was cooked perfectly and everything was great temperature. I sat down to eat which I never do but the music called to me. The music was like chill house vibes. Reminiscent to what you’d hear at beach club or sea side bar. Def my new go to location! Ps try the red chimi!

Not sure if it’s because it just opened but this is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Went there twice and twice the serving station had very little food, it looked tired and old and it was. No one had the wherewithal to refill and make it look appealing. Maybe the owner(s) should hang around and give some guidance, I say that as an ex business owner. I will go out of my way to Central Ave or the one off the Saw Mill Pkwy before I go back there.

After waiting for over half an hour at the pickup window, no one had even started working on my order, nor did anyone acknowledge me after the initial “it’ll be ready shortly.” I can’t even speak on the taste of the food, since I never got my order – I chose to get a refund instead. People were waiting on the side of the road, since the parking lot was full, all of which (I’m assuming) had the same issue as me.
Management needs to do something to improve the efficacy of this establishment, otherwise I highly doubt it’ll be open for long. In summary, order at a different chipotle if you want your time to be respected.

Ordered on the App (5 meals) for drive thru pick up on Friday night at about 715pm for 740pm pick up. Got to the location drive thru at 745, the worker opened the window in about 5 seconds, greeted me and asked name for pick up. I had a pleasant experience and quick service. Only downside, the parking lot was full and when I was driving out, the lane is very narrow and I almost went over the curb. When I got home, all food was there, portion size was good and chicken wasn’t overly spicy or salty. Chicken was slightly overcooked but I like it like that. I’d go back.

I ordered a burrito bowl by delivery with Uber Eats. I got less food in my bowl than if I went in person. Just the way it is. I would give 4 stars, but wanted to give 5 stars because the food is good and the atmosphere when I go in person is very nice, like any other Chipotle. And also I love Chipotle .-)

Drive through window is vacant. Literally looking at my food through the window with no one there to hand it to me. 10 Minutes later i get my food only find out that the brown rice had hard pieces of rice in it. Literally portions of the rice tasted undercooked and hard. Never again.

Really bad experience today, around 12:40pm. 1) the tall chubby guy was very unfriendly and his pants were down enough below to make me feel not to eat there 2) they didn’t have rice, he wanted me to get brown rice, in a rude manner, or wait 17 minutes for the white rice 3) did not have black beans. A horrible experience, I walked away; do not recommend this place.
