I got a very sorry scoop of chicken. And chicken is COLD. Bruh filled up 3/4 of the bowl with rice. Must of thought I was Po from kung fu panda.

Chick fil-A is next door. Will go there next time. Recommend you do too.

I just paid $13 for rice. See all chicken I received, even picked it out for y’all.

Never been in person, I got UberEats delivery… Ordered 2 for myself to get the same portion as 1 when I’m there in person, but the UberEats 40% discount made the price acceptable. ($25 with the tip) Going in person is always better!

I didn’t get napkins or a fork, one of the bowls has smaller portions, but I’m happy enough and I think no Chipotle deserves less than 4 stars!

I’ve been a long-time Chipotle customer and have tried different branches across Westchester, NY. This is the first time I’ve encountered rude staff who prepared my bowls. She is the one with a nose piercing. I told her nicely that the brown rice looked uncooked, and she said, “It’s already cooked” (with an attitude). Then she rushed me to tell her all the toppings. I told her I had different toppings in each bowl. Very rude server. And when my family ate the food, they threw the brown rice because it was uncooked! I cook brown rice often, and I know what is cooked and what is not. This place needs to hire friendly, nice staff to attract more customers. The cashier and the other staff were nicer.

So i’ve had my fair share of rude customer service but this is by one of the WORST experiences i’ve ever had. First thing first, Ashely the manager is one of the worst managers i’ve ever encountered. She was just plain out rude with no type of kindness. I came in for a pickup then had a concern about mold on my food, instead of reassuring she just called her friend who was working the line. Her friend was very kind, The manger just rolled her eyes and got an attitude. Seriously this chipotle needs a lesson on service

It’s Chipotle, so the food is more or less standard. This location, however, seems to have a really hard time staying clean and functional relative to other Chipotles. Pretty normal here to see trash cans overflowing, food all over the tables and floor, and it seems like a 50/50 chance any given day of having the soda fountain up and running.
The reason I’m writing this, though, is a small issue that in my mind over the past few months has taken on greater meaning, and at this point symbolizes the decline and decay of our country. I’m talking of course, about the fluorescent light that has been flickering in the customer line area for the past 3 MONTHS.
How is this light not driving the employees completely insane? With all the shiny metal surfaces in the restaurant, the flickering is visible almost no matter where you are. The bulb is maybe 12-14 feet off the ground, so I know they need a small ladder, but really, how do they change the bulbs when they burn out?
It’s just very odd and sad to me that nobody there seems to know the procedure to get this fixed, or care. Or if they do, it’s sad that management takes this long to act on something so small and simple. I know I sound like a grumpy old guy, but this seems like the sort of thing that never would have happened say, 20+ years ago. Just unscrew the lightbulb!

We had dinner here and had a nice meal.
We ordered inside and as the weather was still nice we opted to sit outside.
We both had bowels and they were filled nicely and the food was tasty as always.
I’ve never had a bad meal ay chipotle

The employee who prepared our bowls was amazing he was friendly, patient, and made the experience really enjoyable. Unfortunately, the cashier was very unprofessional. She told us her name was Ashley, but the receipt listed her name as Leria. She also stopped to answer a phone call while serving another customer, even though she was in the middle of helping him. That felt very rude and dismissive. She also tossed the change to my friend instead of handing it to her properly. The interaction made us feel uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope management addresses this, as it negatively affects the customer experience.

Great food as always. It was not too busy for a Sunday afternoon. There was a late 20’s – maybe 30 yr old manager lady who was training a new employee.
The person doing the training could have been a little nicer to her team – but hey, I don’t know the back story.
Food was fast, hot & delicious! Why is the new chimichurri sauce extra $$ in New York ?? That’s a little ridiculous – You already charged extra for queso and guac…
Anyway ….
The cashier seemed stressed over how the manager lady was speaking to her.
Maybe the manager lady needs some training herself on emotional intelligence?
Overall good food. Manager lady needs a day off …

This is the WORST CHIPOTLE EVER!! The staff is not pleasant and they don’t care at all if there is a line out the door, the place is dirty. I waited forever just to order my food, when it was time to pay the cashier just randomly leaves and comes back about 5 minutes later. Pick up is just as bad if not worse. CHIPOTLE SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PLACE.

Need to train the staff i got here and the staff was talking amongst themselves nobody at the register i am waiting almost 10 minutes to be addressed by the staff when they see me and my brother waiting to pick up an order. If they do not want to interact with customers picking up orders they should just put up the orders on the pick up shelves outside of the cashier area. Then after staff clearly see us waiting for a while i am hispanic and a white person came in and they immediately came to cashier and addressed them before myself even though i was waiting there for a long time and my order was sitting behind the register. Need to train the staff to be aware of the customers waiting they literally had 1 person ordering food.
