Amazing Grace
Discrimination is so evident at this location! I literally had to beg the server to add more rice & meat to the 2 bowls. He just took up a little rice and sprinkles the bottom of the bowl the spoon he used was hardly filled, when I asked for a little more rice; his attitude was so poor.
The cashier wasn’t courteous either not even a greeting or a thank you.
But as soon as their Latina customer came in …that bowl could hardly hold the amount of rice and meat he literally had to squeeze it together.
This is my second one time buying here and I observed it both times.
SHAME ON YOU!
And to had to it your rice was tough needed to be cooked taste like I was eating raw rice.

I did not ask for double protein, yet I was charged for it. The employee who prepared my bowl, Kenia, told me it was double scooped when I questioned the charge.
After getting home, I weighed the protein out of curiosity and it was clearly nowhere near what a double portion should be. So not only was I charged for something I didn’t request, but the portion didn’t reflect what I was told I received.
Being charged extra without asking for it is unacceptable. Customers should not have to double-check receipts for accuracy. I expect transparency and basic billing integrity.
I hope management reviews training and ensures customers are only charged for what they actually order.

I enjoy eating at this Chipotle location because the staff are consistently pleasant, and—most importantly—the food area is always clean and well organized. As someone with food allergies, I feel safe eating here because ingredients are kept neatly in separate containers. Unlike other Chipotle locations where I’ve seen food mixed between bins or the same serving spoon used for multiple items, this team is very careful and attentive.
I truly appreciate the effort and care the staff put into their work to provide excellent service and a positive dining experience. I hope corporate takes the time to recognize and acknowledge these hardworking employees!!

Very horrible experience they charge you for extra lettuce. Poor customer service. I never had to pay for any extra sides at any chipotle I visited. Manager seem money hungry and wasn’t helpful will never go back to this Chipotle

How hard is it to read an order and put food into a bowl? i only ask because more often than not there is something wrong with our order. and of course they want to comp the meal so that they can keep your money if you decide not to go back there again. unless i am in their restaurant i will no longer be using their app to order and definitely not from this location.

Disgusting food. I ordered a Barbacoa bowl with guacamole and a tortilla on the side — everything tasted spoiled and flavorless. Even the rice was bland, and the tortilla was tasteless. It was the worst meal I’ve ever had at Chipotle. I throw every away. I’m never going back to that location.
