So this just happened at 1pm on Tuesday 4/22. I order a vegetarian bowl with brown rice, black beans, tomato and lettuce with the guacamole on the side. Just as I was about to eat I saw this bug in my food. They refunded me my money but what was disturbing was that they did not throw out the food the lettuce where the bug was at……. Today is officially my last day ordering from Chipotle regardless to what location because I never understood why they don’t cover their food especially no that its almost summer and bugs are out

Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and inattentive, and the overall service felt careless. The food seemed old and unappealing, which made the meal unenjoyable.
The restaurant itself was poorly maintained, with messy tables throughout and no napkins available anywhere. It gave the impression of a lack of effort and attention to basic cleanliness.
Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not return or recommend this restaurant to others.

Great experience overall! The food was delicious, but what really stood out Arianny. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly elevated our meal. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Catering for 20 people was shorted multiple items and going thru corporate ate into our event lunch, without resolution to rectify the matter. Meat portions were incorrect, ard shell tortillas were not correct and the soft shells. Then to go back to get more was faced with MAJOR attitude. Was told by corporate they allow one taco per person in catering and 4oz of meat per person. Dude !! We paid for luch for 20 @ $500.00. Extremely disappointed and will NEVER order Chipolte again !!

The manager on the floor was very rude , didn’t have any white plain rice in hand, she was rude to her employees & so instead of the white rice I got brown and it was disgusting. It was very hard barely can even eat it . The rice was undercooked.

Clean, and fast service I love it. I was in a hurry and the speed of service on this particular day. Server behind the counter of service was in a good and friendly state. That help a lot to smoothly have my Burrito made. I just can recall her name but the unity of the team on this particular shift was extremely on point I love to see the display of unity. Great work.

Easily the most poorly managed location. They will start closing at 730pm, sign says 10pm. Good luck if you want to risk it past 8:30. Consistently, I have arrived after 8pm and they will always be out of product. It’s not like this place has a line. The workers will look hella annoyed if you come to order past 8 as well. Sucks, because they do look like they work hard. You want a beverage? Good luck. Soda machine always down. Today I came at 8:15. No chicken. No steak. No carnitas. No brisket. Idk how yall will afford to pay rent. You just lost a loyal customer. I may have earned about 10k chipotle points coming here but I have witnessed a STEEP decline. Don’t think I’ll be back, and it’ll just be another dead chipotle anyway.

The manger here is very rude she watches everyone even the employees seemed uncomfortable with her .I asked for a water cup after ordering a drink she said we discontinued giving those out .I was eating at the restaurant she watched me the entire time while being very nonchalant with other customers.never smiled once she looked mad the entire time . .She made it very uncomfortable to enjoy my meal and she knew i was eating in but put my order in a to go bag .She was rude to everyone.
