The worst experience I’ve had at chipotle. As a chipotle frequent costumer I was EXTREMELY disappointed. The location was FILTHY, trash was everywhere, the tables were particularly dirty it looked like someone’s meal never made it into their mouth but rather were spread on the tables. And don’t get me started on the CUSTOMER SERVICE! We arrived an hour and a half before closure time and were greeted with such disdain but because my friends and I were super hungry we had to stay. Unfortunately I regret staying and would’ve rather stayed hungry. There were limited chicken pieces (not enough for a portion yet I had to pay the full price). My friends was lied to saying they were preparing more chicken for her. Yet that was a lie. The chicken was never going to be prepared or eaten by my friend. Following this they lied about the closing time just because they were too lazy to serve something they are meant to have. THEN! THEY BEGAN TO TRASH TALK MY FRIEND, HER EATING HABITS AND ME IN SPANISH EVENTHOUGH THEY KNEW I WAS UNDERSTANDING EVERYTHING THEY WERE SAYING. They laughed, mocked her, and made fun of her order BECAUSE WHAT SHE WANTED WASNT AVAILABLE. I believe they should receive consequences and not be as rude. This just makes me want to go to DOS TOROS more. Same food. But better service and experience. I will not be coming back to this location. Thank you and goodbye. ✌

We got bowls today. I had brown rice, black beans, grilled veggies, beef, some chopped tomatoes, guacamole, corn and some lettuce. The flavor was clean, but a bit too salty. It looked nice, with all kinds of colors. The working surface was neat and clean, and so was the restaurant. The staff were kind of rude and in considerate. I went with a friend with mild physical disability, and hard of hearing. The way that they treated her was just making me angry. I guess you cannot expect much from a fast food chain.

I didn’t get to take better pictures of the food line, but it was messy food all over the place(salsa line). Dried out meat that looks like it’s been sitting there since they opened up. I asked if more carnitas was coming out because I was willing to wait the gentleman told me no. So I settled for what I didn’t want As he was about to put lettuce in my bowl another worker put the carnitas on the line!! Terrible service!
I didn’t want to be that annoying customer and have him make my bowl over.
It was not busy at all I was the only customer online and there was 2 people in the lobby eating so there’s no reason as to why the food line was so messy.

Never going back. My burrito came covered with burned pieces of whatever was on the press before it and tasted too burned to eat. When I politely asked for a remake the staff were unapologetic and rude, and the remade burrito tasted super sour like they’d put a whole lemon on it. The woman at the counter started at me and giggled while I tried it, as if they’d made it gross on purpose. Zero professionalism, can’t trust that the food is even safe.

Usually it’s been fine but today I went, just asked a worker (black glasses, tats, and two silver hoop earrings) if I could just get a tortilla on the side, I was going to pay but I wasn’t sure if I could go to straight to the register (and I asked nicely), he didn’t respond, just shakes his head no and I’m pretty sure spoke to his workers in Spanish (I speak it too), and the lady in front of me had asked for a bit more corn, and same person got annoyed, and annoyingly added 3-4 more full scoops of corn, and then got annoyed when she asked to take some off (some tha she didn’t not ask for). I would avoid him at all cost.

Chipotle Mexican Grill was a perfect spot to grab a quick meal for lunch in befit visiting the MET (Metropolitan Museum of Art) which was close by. The service was fast so we didn’t have to wait around for long and there were a few seats we could sit down to eat. The food was fresh and delicious.

The worse service of any of their stores I have been to. I ordered the Carne Asada without tomatoes and extra rice.( their special and pointed to the picture they had) When I saw the finished product I freaked out….they threw the extra rice on top of the entire meal and could not see anything but rice. I asked to see the manager as the server became rude when I said this is not what I expected. After a major discussion they made another but were unprofessional about it. Sadly, this branch needs better employees and yes manager.
