ran out of lots of ingredients such as sour cream and lettuce (at 21:30), wanted to get a salad bowl without rice so the total amount of dish is even less than usual, nobody let me know this prior to placing an order, one of my favs in NY is chipotle but this is the only experience that feels like a failure 🙁

Food is decent but staff is pretty rude. I don’t know if you guys are not paying them well but especially the lady in the cashier seems really tired. Her attitude was not very polite too. The bathroom code was not working and she didn’t tell us it’s different than the code that we had on the bill until we saw someone from the staff went to the rest rooms. We asked right after we saw and then she told us the code was different.

Have been here four times and all four times they’ve been out of key ingredients (rice, beans, and they’ve been out of fajitas all four times). One of the times they closed 30m early and just watched as several people tried to enter. They’re also a bit rude and impatient like others have mentioned. Quality isn’t great either, in fact i watched them bring out a “fresh” batch of guac that was very discolored and had clearly been out for a long time. I keep coming back thinking it’ll get better and it doesn’t. Definitely avoid this location

Before I lived in the neighborhood I ate at chipotle like once a week but this one is so rancid I think I’ve gone once a year max. Every time they have missing food or it’s just grody like hard rice, brown guac etc. Once I ordered a quesadilla and the cheese was just melted all in a glob in the middle with a pool of grease on top. So icky!

I worked at the griffin georgia chipolte establishment since early June 4-11pm shift I am 64 years old walked a mile to location and at midnight walked the mile back never calling in or late. you probably didn’t see much of me because I was working in the sink dish area the heart of the place or the engine room.
