Lazy workers and terrible customer service. Actually the worst. Man making my meal refused to give me any of the ingredients i asked for in my bowl because they were “out”. I asked if they would make more and he said no. It is 7:00 PM you can make some damn rice or chicken when you don’t close for hours. They refilled all the stuff I requested as soon as he scooped my food for me, so I had to get a meal that they could’ve easily accommodated for. Also had all the stuff for it in the to-go order section. Literally yall suck

Ordered a kids meal that comes with chips for my 10yo daughter.
I could see chips behind the cashier lady. The cashier told me those chips are for online orders.
So I guess if I had ordered online, my daughter would be enjoying them now. But since I went in person… no chips for her.

Definitely the most poorly managed restaurant I’ve been to in my entire life.
Been to this location many times. Always out of staples (chicken, white rice, etc). Long lines. Usually about 8 workers there, and only one person handles both the line and the register. Not sure what the other 7 are up to since they always run out of food.

Every time I come to this location, they never have grilled chicken ready. This is my second time coming and again—I had to wait. I honestly don’t mind waiting, but the service is consistently bad. The staff always seem annoyed, rude, and just plain unprofessional. People are on their phones, talking, rolling their eyes when you ask for help—like you’re bothering them just for ordering food. And what’s wild is the place isn’t even busy. It’s just chaotic and careless energy for no reason. Do better.

Every time I come here, there is some sort of issue. Tonight when I went in for the first time in a couple of months they announced that they had no chicken or steak. While I waited in line they then announced that they had no more chips for the night. Then they said they had no more pinto beans. This was at 7:30pm…they close at 11:00pm. I ordered, and they gave me the smallest bowl I have ever been served. When I said something to the woman at the checkout, she was very rude, gave me attitude, and said that the fact that they were out of items “wasn’t her problem”. I’m so done with this place.

Update 4/17/2019: No lettuce, the lady she didn’t any decent to put me lettuce even I asked here doesn’t matter what chipotle supposed to have lettuce, the portions are cheap as you can se win the photo no cool anymore since the manager Ariel left this store went downhill as you can see.

Food is fresh and yummy. The staff here is super nice and always very helpful. They have bowls, tacos, sladas, chips with guacamole and even margaritas!! Because of the location this place can get pretty packed especially during lunch hours. No parking structure only street parking. It is right across the street from the train station and bus stop so high traffic. Lots of tables so great for eating in or lunch date. Definitely try them!!

They are alllllways out of everything! Two hours before closing and they already have the stoves turned off and cleaned without having prepared enough for the remaining two hours left of their store’s open hours. It’s always dirty, and the staff doesn’t pay attention when there are customers and then get mad when they ask to be served.
