Love Chipotle! Have been in many locations, some of it the people working see you waiting but they pretend they did not see and keep talking amongst them.
This location however was one of the few where people looked at my face and heard what I wanted and didn’t try to rush me to choose.

Worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Portions are consistently skimpy and the customer service is poor.
On my most recent visit, my bowl was noticeably underfilled. When I asked for a little more rice the employee looked at me like I had personally offended her and was clearly irritated by the request. She barely added more.The same thing happened with the chicken. I was told, “Ma’am, this is the portion.”
What made this especially uncomfortable was the obvious discrepancy between my bowl and the bowl of a man directly behind me, whose bowl was completely full while mine was barely halfway filled. To confirm I wasn’t mistaken, I asked him, “Do you notice the discrepancy between our portions?” and he responded, “Yes, I noticed.”
Based on this experience, it felt like portions were being intentionally limited for some customers and not others. That inconsistency, combined with the dismissive attitude, is unacceptable.

there is a reason this chipotle is empty. they do not give adequate scoops, and also i paid for a full bag of chips and i’ve had chipotle countless times at other locations and none of what i ate tasted correctly. do not go here, you will be disappointed. all pictures attached are what they gave me, i had not eaten a thing.

Craved Chipotle and decided to come here during the lunch rush. They ran out of chicken, so I got a steak bowl instead. They put ample amount of food inside and you can always ask for extras inside your bowl. The workers are FAST. Almost too fast, the tortilla was pipping hot through the aluminum foil. Would come here again, I was a fat and satisfied customer.

Not sure if it was an off day of what was happening, but lunch hour at any chipotle is always busy. I came in for a bowl, I got everything I needed but when it came down to making sure everything I asked for was in the bowl there was a slight misunderstanding. They were super busy, but definitely no excuse for them to be mixing up people’s orders and being unsure of what to ring up for each customer. I know they were trying to be efficient by passing the orders down the line as fast as possible but then it caused slight chaos where the person was 3 people behind their corresponding order. Meaning that my order was ahead of me next to the register and I had not even been rung up yet at the register yet and was behind 3 people waiting to pay for theirs.
As a result, I did not get the lettuce I asked for which is fine no biggie, just slightly annoying after having to wait to order my food. On top of that, the woman at the register must’ve been new or being trained during a busy shift because she was not charging anyone correctly or understanding who had ordered what. I also tried to use my rewards on my chipotle app for free side of guac and that was not applied to my final total. ALSO to really ruin my experience at this particular location, my guac was slightly discolored with a gray tone. There was also a large, solid hard piece of a raw and possibly rotting avocado in my side of guac that I had to pay for. Overall, 2/5 ⭐️

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat, yet I’ve only been here 3 times and I don’t plan on coming back to this location. I initially wasn’t going to give a review but then something else happened so I have to.
One of the workers started trash talking me in Spanish without realizing I also spoke Spanish.
Only because I couldn’t hear/understand what they were saying bc of their accent and noise.
I worked at chipotle in the past there’s supposed to be someone at the sides section and there were two yet they didn’t ask me about my sides until I got to the register which is why I couldn’t hear her properly and yet she still had an attitude.
