You skipped my order and also my choice.

1. It was obviously my turn, but you obviously took the order from the guy standing next to me.
2. And then, you didn’t put lettuce even though I told you to put everything.
When I went back to you to get my lettuce back within 1 minute, I saw your annoyed face. You acted like you don’t know about anything regarding my food, like saying, “Do you mean sauce?” Even though I succeeded in getting stupid lettuce, the whole story I experience is not acceptable, as you all know.

You’re the worst. You’ve ruined my day.

Good seating but sometimes the portions is kinda wack. 12.85 for a chicken bowl and sometimes the guy leaves a gap in the bowl. Like it’s not even full. But sometimes they do you right. It depends.

As gattuso said this location is sometimes maybe good sometimes a little bit sheeeet

This is the worst chipotle i’ve been to. I ordered 3 tacos and the guy put so much effort into only giving me 3 pieces of chicken in each taco. He was even stingy with the rice!!!! The couple before me already spoke up to him about being stingy. He responded to them by grabbing a sauce cup and giving them one piece of chicken in it and laughed. This was around 11-11:30am on Wednesday March 19, 2025.

The drink fridge wasn’t even cold……

I’ve been ordering from here multiple times a week for the past two years but I will be winding down my patronage of this location. It used to be GREAT, but the last several weeks something has changed and it’s become noticeably worse. During lunch times, it’s a 25-30 minute wait to pickup to-go orders. If your app says 1:20 pickup, don’t expect to have your food until like 1:45pm.

The bowl will probably be made, but it will be sitting in the chute with dozens of other orders. There’s rarely someone there passing out the orders, you just see the employees making bowl after bowl after bowl and stacking them up, but none of them are leaving the kitchen into the hands of the customers.

And then when an employee finally comes to hand out orders, it takes them an extra minute or two to find “Joe R” or whoever in the massive pile of orders. It’s a terrible system.

And then the past couple of times the workers are getting stressed at the long lines, so they get sloppy with the bowls. Wrong meats, wrong beans, no guac etc.

There’s also the issue of all the grubhub drivers, who clog up the pickup counter with their gargantuan temperature controlled backpacks, fully extending their arms to shove phone screens in employees faces while mumbling unintelligible nonsense. I would suggest a separate pickup area for them and regular civilians.

I have complained to Chipotle Corporate customer service, and they just respond with an apology and a free drink or free chips. That is not comparable in value to me getting a completely wrong (and worse) order.

Most disappointing experience in any of the chipotles I have been to. Extremely rude staff, as if they are being forced to work there.
I was getting kids meal, when I asked for chips which are part of it, they said they don’t have any not..so I asked put some corns and they said it’ll be charged extra and then they had the audacity of charging me full amount even a part of meal isn’t available. All this with a rude tone and sense of entitlement. Pathetic.
Place is also so dirty, seating location is messed up and staff has no regard for it.
There are plenty of other chipotle locations nearby which are far better equipped.

Please avoid.

I come to this Chipotle every year for work, and it’s always a reliable spot. The food is fresh, especially the rice, which I always get in my bowl. It’s just a short five-minute walk from the Hilton Midtown, making it a convenient option.

That being said, keep in mind this is New York—things move fast, and service can feel a bit rushed. If you’re visiting, be open-minded and expect a different experience compared to other locations. Personally, I’ve always enjoyed my meals here.

Came in on the last two Sunday mornings and saw one employee handling a long line by herself. She stayed very professional despite being clearly overwhelmed. At one point, another employee walked by but he didn’t help her and he was chatting instead. The manager in charge should do better by ensuring proper support and staffing during busy hours.

I usually come here for lunch since it’s right across the street, but today was an absolute disaster. I ordered online ahead of time specifically to save a few minutes, but when I arrived for pickup, the line was wrapped around the store.

Ironically, the “pickup” line was significantly longer than the line for people who hadn’t even ordered yet. I stood there for 15 minutes without the line moving a single inch. The crowd was in total disbelief—everyone was just staring at each other wondering what the point of ordering ahead even was.

I eventually gave up, walked out, and got my lunch elsewhere. I’ve already requested a refund and honestly doubt I’ll be back. If you’re in a rush, don’t bother with the online “convenience” here.

First off, there was only one person doing all of the orders and no one at the cash register. One of the workers finally walked up to the cash register, and a woman who had been waiting, asked if she could check out. Instead, the worker chose to ring up her own order and pay for it with her phone. All the while that woman still waited to be checked out. This was pretty much indicative of the slow and uncaring service they provided when I was there.
