I usually visit during my lunch break to grab something quick, and I’ve generally had positive experiences. However, today I felt compelled to write a review regarding one of the cashier’s behavior.
I went in to use a free guacamole coupon and was having some difficulty pulling up the QR code on my phone. To avoid holding up the line, I stepped to the side to allow other customers to finish paying. The cashier, Anna, initially asked me to move aside for one customer, which I understood. However, before I had a chance to complete my transaction, she proceeded to ring up three or four additional customers.
When I mentioned that I had been there before the others she had helped, and that I was simply trying to finish redeeming my reward, she accused me of having an attitude and stated that she could “see it in my eyes.” I found this comment extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I repeatedly explained that I did not have an issue and was just trying to figure out how to redeem my reward so I could pay and leave.
Eventually, another employee stepped in and easily helped me access the QR code. When I thanked the employee and calmly explained that I simply did not appreciate being accused of having an attitude when I was only trying to complete my purchase, Anna attempted to reinsert herself into the conversation and continue arguing. The other employee had to ask her to calm down to prevent the situation from escalating further.
I typically let minor issues slide, but this interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customers should not be accused or confronted in this manner when they are simply trying to complete a transaction.

The only reason I don’t rate them a one is that the food and people taking our order were okay but the dining area is really dirty. I really don’t know how the City allows this to go on. There was food on the tables and food all over the floor. Obviously no one wipes tables down after people eat nor cleans the floors or chairs. There were so many people seated that I could not get better photos without being intrusive. After one look we decided to take our food to go.

They have damn hot coke bottle and I didn’t know it was not cols because she asker me to open it before she hand it to me and when i taste it was definetly hot. Then she told me she cant change. They just gave me a cup to fill with ice. You are chipotle. You wont be poor when you give me one more bottle. If I wanna have coke in cup i would order cup tho. These people are just ridicilous!

During lunch time, I understand there is a lot of people, but the employees are like rushing so hard on me to pick the side. And the amount of the rice cannot even fill up the bottom of the bowl, and plus, how they put the lettuce on top of the food is like Nusret Gokce sprinkling salt on the steak, only a few pieces of them. And the total is 17 something, certainly not worthy. Very frustrated

I go to chipotle almost everyday. I have never got this small quantity of chicken and rice from other chipotle. I asked for more… he said i need to pay extra… what????

I was there on sunday around 3:30pm after the Mexican parade, and the chubby Dominican lady in the back. The one with the ponytail and dark hair has the nastiest attitude, she asked someone if the parade was over and said so why don’t those people go home? A lady asked the guy that was doing the orders if they had steak, the guy asked her if there was any and she replied with the same attitude and added body language well it will be 10 MINUTES, as if the lady is not paying for her food.. i tell you, i dont know where they find this people they are hiring. Chipotle is already overpriced we dont need more reason not to buy food there
