This place served me raw chicken, photo attached. I was wondering why the chicken was chewy and then upon closer inspection it was actually raw… This is absolute disgusting from a large brand and I need to get my money back at the very least. Absolutely disgusted with this location.

Food is good and staff are nice but around lunchtime dozens of teenagers come from the local school and take up all the seating with outside food not bought at chipotle. The also vape and throw food everywhere. Not sure why this is allowed.

There was a short Hispanic lady making my food & gave me bits & pieces of beef barbacoa when you can see there was nothing left inside the pan, I politely asked her if she can get a new pan and give me fresh meat and she ignored my wishes and still gave me whatever garbage was left. I didn’t appreciate that because it’s my money being spent, it’s not coming out of her check to get a fresh pan of beef. Customer service was a -0. Also It was a rush hour but if you can’t work well under pressure and feel like you have to rush people’s food then you’re in the wrong line of work.

This particular store within the Chipotle chain provided an extremely poor experience. The servers were impolite, cleanliness was lacking, and their soda machines only dispensed water. Not worth at all!!!

0/10 wouldn’t recommend even to my least favorite coworker. Drink machine always broken. Usually out of half the ingredients. Terrible customer service every time. Service with a frown guaranteed. If a half star was an option it would still be too much. This is portion in the order of chips I got today. Truly worth a train ride fare to go to any other location.

As someone who has worked in restaurant management for many years, I waited until my experiences here seemed consistent enough to write a review. I am never one to judge a place on one bad experience, especially a chain. But I have been going here for just over two months now and the experiences have been truly awful. I’ll try and keep the list short. This location consistently:
– Runs out of top sellers at any given time of day, and then refuses to make more
-Has ZERO customer service skills. They are rude and consistently talk amongst themselves holding anyone else as priority z
-does not change the soda lines or fill up refreshers
-CLOSES the dining room TWO hours before closing?? So that at 9pm or onward I am not allowed to sit down. (This has only happened about three times but even once is absurd)
-Blasts their own music from the kitchen leading to a clash with the music coming from the actual speakers
-Does not take out the trash or clean tables
-has zero food quality consistency, be it the rice or meat or pico.
The place, unfortunately, reeks of poor management and a complete disregard for company standards. That, or, no management at all. I remember when I was 17 working in restaurants and everything transpiring here is reminiscent of what would’ve happened if I was left to my own devices. I love chipotle, I always have but I cannot go back here when there are so many other spots in the city. And the experiences continue to disappoint. I hope it improves soon!

Unfortunately, I’ve consistently experienced poor customer service at this location. The staff often comes across as rude, and the food frequently appears less than fresh. I hope management takes steps to improve both customer service and food quality moving forward.

The food is as per but this location is extremely slow. The management needs to do better, I only saw teens working without any guidance from anyone older than 18. Needs better staff and good working condition for underpaid teens. Felt bad ordering cause they look so overworked. This is not a good look for you, Chipotle.
