December 2025 incident: Got meat pieces in the beans side for a Veggie Quesadilla. Online chat with “Pepper” bot is useless and doesn’t resolve anything. Can’t reach a human on phone. Has Chipotle eliminated Human Customer Service?

This has been a problem every time I order online. Ordered Quesadilla online as that’s the only way to order Quesadilla at Chipotle.
Quesadillas are poorly made. They are stuck to the box and when picked up, keep falling apart.
Portions of sides, beans and salsa, are always small – fills half to 2/3 of the separators. This is a consistent problem at this location as if the franchise owner instructed the staff to be misery. To be fair, it is a problem at nearby NJ locations as well.
Reported it many times online on Pepper chat and brought it up with the cashier a couple of times but no change. All Pepper does is offer free drink in future which is useless.
In contrast locations in Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, Virginia always serve proper portions of sides. Will this location ever change? Do they even care?

Ordered a chipotle bowl and found a HUGE nasty fly right at the top. Surprised they didn’t see it when they closed the lid cause it was just THAT huge. I was utterly disgusted and drove back, hoping to get a refund. They said they weren’t able to and couldn’t even give a gift card. However, we received a card that stated we could come back and get a free entree. Like I would ever want to.

This is my 3rd time going to this place and i would not recommend going here. If I could give negative stars I would. Every time I have gone they have given me HALF a bowl and the chips are either stale or doughy. Why pay the full amount for HALF a bowl? Do not go here unless you want rations. I’m surprised this place is still in business.

I’m not wanting to complain ever, but I give better portions to my two and three-year-old son’s when I feed them.
Paid for a double portion of steak for what was basically a regular portion to begin with.
I worked at a chipotle for years. This location heavily undersizes portions to benefit efficiency for themselves.

Ordered double chicken online and literally got no chicken? How can you literally forget the main ingredient in my bowl after I paid extra for it the online support doesn’t let you submit anything worst order ever can’t even make my food right. Such terrible service at this location, the lady and manager at the store attempted to charge me $5 for Salad dressing, stating that “they are charging for it now”. Not to mention the bowl and burrito I got from was severely skimped out on. Chipotle has gone down hill so badly, and its stores like this that are the fault.

I ordered a burrito online from this Chipotle, and it was the size of a sandwich — extremely small. When I went back inside, the manager told me I didn’t order enough ingredients to make it bigger and that I should have come inside if I wanted it made right. I’ve been to many Chipotles and have never been told that before. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. Even when she offered to make another one, I declined because of how disrespectful she was. Terrible customer service experience.

Don’t have ingredients like shredded cheese and won’t compensate for quaso. Figure out what your coat difference is and charge accordingly or just say we are out of shredded cheese and offer quasco free because you’re out of cheese! Hope you can figure out this place!

I ordered/ bought chipotle from this location and got home and found hair inside the meal and the cover plate. This is disgusting!! I didn’t ask for more free items in my bowl!! SUGGESTION:- Please try to wear hair nets prior to while cooking and serving!!!
