The employees here need basic training in customer satisfaction. They are stingy and will nickel and dime for dressing on the side or sour cream on the side. Common sense does not prevail with these folks. Guess management is to be blamed too. Being an avid Chipotle eater this location was a huge disappointment.

I went order two bowls, the lady who was serving, put very less meat even when we asked for extra meat she put very very less . Which is not fair but they charged it for the regular price. I haven’t experienced this type of service in any other chipotle. I felt the staff has to be trained well enough to treat the customers well. Very disappointed with the visit at this location.

I placed an order for two veggie bowls and they were both made incorrectly, it’s looks like they put random things together without even looking at the online order, or they gave me someone else order. The food is messy and everywhere and one of the bowls isn’t even half full and doesn’t have half the things it was supposed to. This isn’t even the first time they’ve done this. I never write reviews but the food I got today left me no choice. Just by the food that was put together today, you can tell how much they don’t care for their customers or the quality of the food. Last time they put chicken in both of my bowls when I ordered veggie bowls and refused to correct it. Never ordering from here again, highly recommend not going here

Worst chipotle. Staff here does not care, leaves lettuce ends in containers to serve customers, skin from the avocados, lettuce in chunks, avocado chunks. This place doesn’t deserve a 1 star. This place needs a manager to be on site managing properly. This is ridiculous! If I didn’t spot these before hand, my child could have choked on these things. This location needs to be shut down!!

Horrible customer service and the music was very offensive. I was also charged $7+ for Chips and Guac that I did not order. My friend and I went to Chiptole today (3/16/22)as we stood in line, there was only one person that was actually working while the other employees just stood around. The drink machine did not have ice and the specialty drink machine was not working. I didn’t know this because there were no signs that stated that the machine did not work. So, when I went to get a drink, the machine would not stop pouring out the drink. Then, my friend asked for a water bottle with her meal and the girl behind the counter was so busy rapping to the music (which was offensive and degrading to women) that she did not give her a water. She said she didn’t hear her. Maybe, she would of been able to hear her, if she had been paying attention to the customer, instead of the Rap song that was playing.!! The pics show that we did not order Chipsband Guac…… ♀️ ♀️. I will only be going there to get my refund
