It was a quick stop — we were on our way to pick up some documents and were starving. We searched for Chipotle (one of our favorite fast food spots) and found this location nearby.
It looked like it had opened recently. I ordered my go-to chicken bowl with extra rice and chicken. The service was quick, which was great.
There was a bit of a cleanliness issue — some of the tables hadn’t been cleaned, which didn’t leave the good impression.
There was dedicated parking right in front of the restaurant. We were in and out within 20 minutes and back on our way to our destination.

Not only was the food not ready for pick up. But it was all made completely wrong. My kids meals were not correct. They said the beans tasted like straight vinegar. And my kids would not stop crying cause all they wanted was chipotle. Shame on you for for deliberately not making my kids food correctly. Not one thing I ordered for them was correct. I ordered a taco and they gave my 8 year old a full bowl. Do the employees here get trained on how to fulfill an order. I will be coming back in person to speak to this employee and a manager.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. That was absolutely the most disgusting chipotle I’ve ever seen in my life. There was food all over the line and everything was a mess. Something that wasn’t a black bean was mixed into the beans and instead of taking it out the worker decided to cover it with more beans. The fact the corporate has not stepped in is insane. Someone needs to call the health department and shut this location down. Also food was very bad. I love chipotle but I don’t ever return to another one after that.

No brown rice & all of their handcrafted drinks were completely empty. I’ve worked in fast food for years so I do typically offer a lot of grace however I cannot sit and eat when every single table in the place was dirty.

Very good location. Right on Rt 1 and very close to BJs and other shops : very nice parking facilities .. wasn’t too crowded when we went .. service was good because of that :.. nice space inside to sit and eat . There were also tables and chairs outside ..
Kids are always big fans of chipotle . We like their rice bowl . quantity of food in this location was great . In some locations they just put very little rice and bean . the quantity was good in this location . Veggie bowl was good . Guac and veggies were fresh. Chicken bowl could be better . Chicken was too dry . Good experience overall .. 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely the best Chipotle. Not sure why their reviews are so low. I mean it’s Chipotle so they’re definitely going to be out of things sometimes, but most of the employees are very fast and they are friendly too. And the food quality is better here than any other Chipotle I’ve been to. I go here once a week now so I definitely know what I’m talking about.

The staff was very inattentive. They were occupied by social behaviors rather than keeping the restaurant clean and attending clients. Trash was so full it would not accept my leftovers. The tables were mostly dirty I apologize I was not able to capture a photo of that. The counter where the checkout is was very dirty the person at the checkout had no interest cleaning the counter as you can see in the video. When I attempted to talk with a manager I was informed that there was no manager there and they were unaware when a manager May return. The ” supervisor” seemed to not care a whole lot about what I had to say because she was called into work on her scheduled day off. I have written other reviews about other Chipotle locations. My generalized feeling is that as a chain they have staffing issues but I blame the management for that for not properly coaching their employees and directing their employees to do what is needed to be done to make a presentable and inviting atmosphere.

This place is super close to my job so I get lunch here often. Almost every time I get something though there is a problem. They’ll forget an item, forget a sauce, etc… they never put enough meat. Literally always an issue. I hate giving bad reviews but it’s just gotten to a point where I’m really disappointed I spend so much $ only to receive like 2 pieces of chicken lol

Avoid this location at all costs. I visited the Edison Chipotle recently and it was easily the worst experience I’ve had with the chain. The food was poor quality, cold, and honestly tasted “off.” To make matters worse, I ended up with a severe stomach ache shortly after eating. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and your health—go somewhere else.
