This is probably the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever seen. Trash everywhere. Few customers but no staff cared to clean. Could hardly find a less dirty place to sit down. In addition, the food amount in your bowel was about 60% of other chipotles.

I came to write a review as it was my second time at this location and it left me annoyed, now I am seeing a lot of 1 or 2 stars !! I should have checked before going there! They were literally cleaning the counters with a rag and soap water which has all the containers while serving the food, very unhygienic!!!They gave us very small portions of rice and meat and loaded lettuce on top. My kids burritos were mainly rice. The picture I attached is my bowl while mixing, before eating any, you can see it’s just half a bowl of food. I would avoid this Chipotle in future!

I came to this chipotle on July 24, 2025 and ordered a steak bowl and a side tortilla making my total $12.69. When I got home I put more than half my bowl into the tortilla to make a burrito because they’re known for making their bowl portions bigger, just to wrap my burrito and see that it is covered in spots of mold. When I went back to get a refund (used a gift card) I explained to the nice lady at the cash register (Brittany I think) my issue and that I had pictures and a receipt to show my order from 40 minutes ago and she had a look of horror on her face realizing how noticeable the mold was. She spoke with a middle aged indian woman i’m assuming is the manager and the manager didn’t even bat an eye at the fact she’s serving a lunch rush of people with moldy tortillas. The manager then comes up to me and says “we don’t do refunds over $10” and I explained to her that 3/4 of my order had to be thrown out because of the mold and that’s when she asked to see pictures. Once I showed her the pictures of the mold she told the cashier to refund me for the bowl as well. My refund was $10.82 in cash which is less then what I paid for my meal. I’m not angry that they didn’t give me my other $2 but the fact the manager had such little care for contaminated spoiled food being served to dozens of people and seemed bothered by me asking for a refund because of MOLD is crazy. Chipotle definitely needs to rethink who they have in charge of a place that is centered around interactions with people.

Eric is an outstanding employee who consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit memorable. He always greets us with respect and a friendly attitude, and he’s taken the time to remember not only our names but also our usual orders; which makes the experience feel personal and welcoming every time.
Eric also takes great pride in his work. He keeps all the stations clean and organized while preparing food, ensuring everything is done with care and attention to detail. It’s clear that he truly values each customer and strives to create a positive atmosphere as well as a CLEAN and SANITARY work environment.

This is my favorite location in this area, the food is always fresh but that kid Dylan always has an attitude im paying for this food, so if I ask for you to dip my rice from the fresher batch, don’t roll your eyes at me and tell me it’s the same thing. Because who wants to be eating hard rice???

I had one of the worst experiences at this Chipotle. I was literally in the middle of telling them what I wanted in my bowl, and the employee was rushing me the entire time. Before I could even finish my order, she packaged the bowl up and moved on like I wasn’t even there. On top of that, they charged me for guacamole even though they messed up my order in the first place!
When I tried to talk to the manager about it, she was incredibly rude and dismissive — offered no help whatsoever and honestly made the situation even worse. Terrible customer service all around. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location completely missed the mark.

Very slow service up to point staff just slacks around with one person just doing the main line while another is too busy talking at the cash register. Food is subpar compared to other locations(no reason should be serving burnt rice thats dry btw and claim it came with another fresh batch thats not!). Needs a complete overhaul in better trained employees besides in ensuring product line is up to code
