The establishment is clean, the employees I have encountered are very welcoming and the food is delicious. I actually never liked Chipotle till I got it here. My go to is the steak, white or brown rice, corn, fajita and lettuce.

Time in and time out this Chipotle cuts corners, doesn’t read orders correctly, barely fills a bowl past half, and generally makes me regret ordering Every. Single. Time. This last order is the final straw. There’s literally one scoop of meat in my bowl & the rest is cheese, sour cream & ice cold guacamole. The whole bowl is cold. My roommates bowl has a single item he ordered in it and god knows what else the stoned kid on the line threw in there. Listen it’s really simple to read a sticker and work an ice cream scoop. If you can’t pull it off, get off the line.

Very inconsistent with their quality. Often times they do not give enough. You can see the quantity of the food is limited in this bowl I was delivered and it is also missing many ingredients (except the sour cream. They definitely did not forget the sour cream…). If you are craving chipotle it will satisfy your taste, but the quality and quantity are very inconsistent so you might as well buy a lottery ticket on the same day.

Whoever made my order deserves to be fired. My roommate and I ordered two $20 burrito bowls and what we got was barely $15 worth of substance combined. My bowl was missing over half the items I ordered on it, and what I did get could barely fill a coffee mug. Barely a scoop of rice to “fill” the bottom, next to no chicken, queso, beans, or fajita vegetables, and the guacamole, corn salsa, and cheese didn’t even make it into the bowl. My roommates bowl was mostly rice, queso, and guac, with laughable amounts of every other topping he had, barely a scoop of chicken and steak, and the weakest pinch of cheese. Not to mention, our food was barely lukewarm. Even after a 6 minute car ride, there is absolutely no reason our food should feel like it was just pulled out of the fridge.

I had my pickup ready for 3:40 and I didn’t end up getting it until 3:55. But I understand they can be busy so that’s fine. What I’m more upset about is that I put extra cheese on my bowl on the app and this is the amount they gave me. Not even enough to suffice regular amount! I was super disappointed.

This particular chipotle is always on point. Dealing with a franchise of this size can be hit or miss because of the quality of your order varies drastically depending on location, time of day, etc but dozens of burritos later and I’ve yet to have an order that didn’t meet my expectations.

This chipotle used to be one of our favorites. This is the second time in about a month they have given us extremely poor service. Both time we ordered ahead because that is your only option here. The first time we had to wait in line for 45 min. When they finally got to us, our food had been sitting for at least 15 minutes. Obviously cold by then but they did remake our food for us although they made it so fast they screwed up our order. Tonight we ordered again. When we got there we asked for our food and they said they were making it. Wait 15 minutes to see they were on to the orders well ahead of ours. Ask again, oh yes your food is right here. 15 min old again and cold once more. Have to ask for them to make it again for us. Messed up the order again. Oh and there is a barcode in our guac….yum. Done with chipotle.

Although I am not happy with the online order only system, I will say that the process was handled very well by the Chipotle staff. The restaurant is clean and orderly and the food was ready very fast. I will also say that the fajita veggies were the best cooked Chipotle fajita veggies I have ever had- perfection! Not soggy and overcooked but rather crisp and lightly grilled to perfection. The onions were still purple and the peppers were still bright green instead of the soggy gray mess the Chipotle fajita veggies usually are. Great work, Bridgewater!

This place doesn’t know what extra means. Ordered extra cheese and extra corn on my salad bowl. Looks like they put less, not “more” cheese & corn. Highly disappointed since these bowls are almost $12 now.
