Went to this location twice and each time was extremely disappointed. The first time my order tasted like it had been left out too long. The second time I ordered a steak bowl and was given chicken (paid for steak), and the meal had a hair in it. Not returning to this location when I have never had any problems at any other locations.

Went to bridgewater and was looking for a chipotle near US 22 and this was the closest . Actually a very good location . Lots of restaurants near this place . There is Paris baguette, and few others . It’s a huge place overall. Lots and lots of parking. Available outside .
Chipotle was spacious and lots of seating inside . Service was quick . There were about 6-7 kids helping with customers and they were quick . We always have the veggie bowl with rice and bean .. quantity was good . They put in lots of rice .they ran out of white rice and we had to wait about 10 mins to get the new rice . bean and veggies weren’t good . Guac was average . Overall a good experience . 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve reached out to your company and your response to my missing chips was a voucher for free chips. That is not a solution. Not only did you not resolve the issue but I’m supposed make a second trip to retrieve my already owed chips as “free”. I asked for a refund and was denied. This is only ONE bad experience.

This is great store! We were with my family. I was here in first time in November 2024. Food – very delicious All staff and employees were very friendly. Everything is delicious and clean. I felt and we felt together comfortable here. Great choice! Only 5 stars ✨

Worst than chipotle in bridgewater. They sprinkle cheese like they sprinkle salt. I have no idea if their corporate office even audits these locations. Horrible quantity of food for the price the are charging. The fajitas had almost 4-5 times seasoning than it should have.

If you watch a couple of you tube videos you can learn some great backs to get deals or more for your money. Also, they tend to be very generous in their portions so if you’re a light eater you can really make out by ordering off the kids menu. Drinks are way too expensive, like most places, so try to get by with water or bring your own, they’ll never notice.
The eating area is very industrial. There is usually en if ti in ti so it and eat if you are eating in. But it is usually busy there and staff isn’t great about keeping the dry dining room clean.

This Chipotle is literally my favorite location! My coworkers and I order from here literally every other week lol I’m usually very eerie of ordering food via delivery but we’ve never encountered any issues with ordering for delivery. Even in person we get the same food portions and the food tastes great. They never miss when it comes to the food! It’s always consistent and tastes so good! the employees could be a bit more polite and courteous (when we do go in person) but whatever atleast the food is good!
