WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.
The employees here have absolutely no customer service skills and treat paying customers with rudeness and disrespect.
I stopped by around 8:15 PM with my wife, and from the start it was a disaster. When I approached the counter to order, I was greeted with, “What do you want?”—not exactly the kind of welcome you expect. Half of the food containers were empty, and the worker was literally scraping the bottom of the pan to get guacamole for my tacos. By this point, I already knew it would be my first and last visit.
When I went to pay, the cashier didn’t say a single word—not even the total. She just stared at me as if I was supposed to magically know it was time to pay. After that, I went to grab forks and napkins, only to find there were no forks. I politely asked the cashier for a couple, and instead of simply handing them to me, she looked at me like I was lying, walked away without a word, then came back with a giant box of forks. Instead of giving me two, she made me walk all the way to the back to get them myself—just to prove a point. Unbelievable.
If I’m paying for food, the very least I expect is basic respect. The management here should be ashamed for allowing this type of behavior to go unchecked.
In the photo you can see how carelessly she placed the items. Corn was all over the bag because she didn’t cap it all the way.
Good luck staying in business—I doubt you’ll be around in this neighborhood for long. Goodbye, and never again.

There’s a 2.2 rating for a reason, worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. One person working the line, other employees moving at snail speed. There were 2 people in front of me in line and it took about 10 minutes to even order, and the line just got longer and longer. Ordered a bowl and it definitely tasted off but couldn’t pin point exactly what the issue was, not what I’m used to from stopping at multiple chipotle locations. (Including different states)

Definitely not the place to go if you’re on a lunch break and taking it to go. I waited 47 minutes for honey chicken. The place wasn’t even packed. When chicken was finally done the server who fixed my bowl was very aggressive and impatient (like we didn’t just sit for an over a hour waiting on chicken) she slung all my food in my bowl and didn’t even give me the correct portion for a meat serving and charged me for double meat when I brought it to her attention. Horrible customer service. So I asked to speak with manager, after speaking with the manager and expressing my issue to him, he offered to give me a bag of tortilla chips for my trouble.(which at some stores is already included with a bowl purchase) Thanks for Nothing! I’m glad he attempted to make it right, but I honestly feel as tho he could have did more in this situation. And I feel that it was clear that if some circumstances were different he would have did more. But since I was a young African American he felt as tho he could toss me a bag of old fried chips and all was fine. I guess I hoped for a better meal and better experience since I was spent over an hour at the place. I will not go back to that location for lunch ever again. Especially if I want to make it back to work on time!

This place is the worst chipotle I have ever seen every time I go. I wait 30 minutes in line. The employees are absolutely clueless. They work at a snails pace. The counter is nasty food all over the place. Nobody knows how to roll a burrito. It comes out, looking like a brick with ingredients, squeezing out of all sides. I don’t usually write reviews, but this is like the fifth time I’ve gone and had an actually horrible experience.

Came here on 11/10 for the first time. The staff was incredibly rude- I believe the woman’s name was Eliancita who served me. When asking for hot sauce she DRENCHED my food and I absolutely believe it was on purpose. I should have walked out without taking the food and I did and it was inedible. Portion sizes are small. Save your money and go to ANY OTHER RESTAURANT IN THE MARKETPLACE.

One of our worst experience placed a mobile order once I got home open the bag the guacamole was all black. The food did not look or taste fresh very disappointed hopefully chipotle corporate office starts seeing these reviews . We will have another shutdown restaurant pretty soon Hamilton market !!

Absolutely the worst experience in a restaurant ever! The girl that prepared our food was extremely rude. She treated me very poorly and my wife asked a question about gluten-free options and she slapped the menu on the glass in front of us and said here, read it. Will never go back to that restaurant and maybe never go back to Chipotle again! Doesn’t Chipotle care, read your reviews, there are so many one-star ratings it’s ridiculous.

Fantastic! The rest of my church agrees. Don’t fall for the naysayers bad press. ADDITIONALLY, one of our members accidentally tore her chip bag, and the team at Chipotle gave her a NEW bag of chips. Very considerate of them. A+
