Sharing my amazing lunch experience today at Chipotle I so admired the workers on staff today. Following the food preparation protocols and washing hands with the change of gloves which is so important. Even when they don’t notice that someone is watching. Items stocked and ready to go at the beginning of the shift. Pleasant atmosphere and smiles. I was able to get one name to give thanks too. Mr. Martin!! Keeping the cook’s station in rotation of awesome Chipotle Entrees!! Great job guys!!

They never get the portion’s correct and the food always looks sloppy. It’s frustrating when you’re at work and trying to get lunch. I asked for extra romaine lettuce and this is what my bowl looks like today.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered food for pick up so when my partner got there, it would be hot and ready. Despite putting his name on the order, it still put my name on the order. I sent over screenshots of the order and that was good enough. There’s no one to talk to or call to correct this number. I called several times with no one picking up. Called the gm and got no answer. Talked with chat, and got no help either. After an hour of nonsense and it took almost screaming for me to get my now cold food. It’s 2023, order for pickup should not be this complicated, especially considering there’s no refund button.

This location is laughable! This is probably the 5th time my order has been completely screwed up. I ordered a salad and a burrito and got two burrito bowls with nasty looking clumps of cheese on top. Every single person I’ve spoken with about this location has said the same thing about how disgusting this location is. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you want to be severely disappointed.

Avoid this location at all costs. Just go 3 minutes up Route 1 to the location next to Trader Joe’s. The only thing the Mercer Mall location can keep consistent is their terrible service. I only go to this location when the nearby location is closed for mobile ordering, yet they have somehow always found a way to mess up. The mobile orders are almost never ready on time. I would recommend ordering 30-45 minutes ahead of when you plan to show up. Even then, sometimes they will make you wait. If you order drinks, they will always forget to place them with your order. On multiple occasions, they won’t add guacamole to your meals, but still charge you for it. The morale among the staff here is nonexistent. They forgot a salad dressing in my order awhile back, so I asked a staff member for a cup of salad dressing. The cups of salad dressing were sitting on the counter less than 10 feet away, in plain sight, but she said they were out. I then asked someone who appeared to be a manager for the salad dressing, and the same staff member butted in and pretty much told me to get lost by saying “We’re out. Have a nice day”. How hard is it to walk 10 feet and back to get one cup of salad dressing? My last visit to this location was two days ago, when sour cream spilled out of the bottom of the bag and onto my shoes and pants. The bowls were stacked sideways, and the sour cream had spilled through the side of the bowl, drenching the bottom of the bag, with a hole torn by the weight of the bag. The incompetence of this location is unavoidable.
