i went in and was greeted by a kind man , then another man behind the line ended up making our food . he was not serving full spoons like theyre suppose to . i had to ask him to to out more lettuce mind you!

It was actually my first time trying it and food is great, clean kitchen, plenty of space. The place is taken care of. The only issue i faced was that i got charger for an extra meat without asking for, and when i showed the manager the app she pretended that there was an offer on the app but i was actually overcharged. Other than that food was good.

Most of the employees are great but Jacob decided the way his coworker wrapped my burrito wasn’t good enough, dumped the filling onto another tortilla and made me lose half of my filling. NOT HAPPY.

Service was fine but food seemed to have been sitting around for awhile. Chicken was very dry and guacamole was very plain. Restaurant was dirty and dinner just started. Even the chips were stale and were inedible. Will not be going back when you have higher quality right around the corner at Julio’s. I should have know better then to try this chipotle.

Food is always great from here, never had an issue with that, but this location needs to stop hiring new people and just hold onto the existing ones. When you’re constantly getting new workers, the proportions are never what they should be. I see at least 2 or 3 new faces every other week. But, like I said food is always good

Rio definitely deserves a better rating than court house. I’ve been to the court house chipotle 3 times and every time the customer service sucked and the food always looks like it’s been sitting in those pans untouched for hours. I hate feeling like I bothered someone when I order… anyway. Rio was fast and friendly and the food was fresh. The staff was cool and inviting I just wish I had gotten their names. Also, the owner actually replies to ick reviews… he cares. Court house… nah. Rio

They were out of everything. I accepted this but toward the end of filling my bowl which was almost $15 dollars they didn’t have lettuce. How am I supposed to tell them no i’m actually okay since you don’t have that. They should’ve made the customer aware at the beginning because it’s just unprofessional. i shouldn’t have been expected to pay the total I did when they had nothing to offer. yall suck.
