We went on October 5. There was a sign that they were short staffed. There were 3 people working and a full line of customers, plus the drive thru and all the Uber eats style stuff. Those workers need recognition because they did not skimp on the quality of the food or the atmosphere. They were excellent in a bad situation.

You hardly get any meat on your tacos here. I asked 2 separate people about it and neither one accommodated me. One guy literally didn’t reply and the other got defensive and said that they use 4 ounces of meat total. No way did I have 4 ounces of meat on my tacos. I dumped it all out of the tacos onto foil to see. Then my mom’s steak was so chewy, she couldn’t eat it so we threw her salad away. $52 for 3 people is expensive so I expected more for my money.

I was looking forward to having some delicious guacamole with chips….. I guess that wasn’t happening. Very disappointed. Either the guacamole was I don’t know how many days old or it not sealed properly during refrigeration. Also not to mention there were two pieces of chicken in the queso dip I got (not pictured). I’m not a vegetarian but the possible cross contamination from these food items is unsafe and off putting. Although I’ve enjoyed Chipotle since it first opened, I refuse to waste any more money on this establishment.

I ordered three things for delivery and every single thing was wrong. I ordered sauce on the side and didn’t receive it. The bag was soaking wet and I didn’t know why until I went outside and saw the sauce all over my driveway (pictured). I ordered directly from the website which I assume a chipotle employee delivered. If the driver had mentioned that to me it would have been a different story because I understand mistakes happen. I am also allergic to corn and they put corn in my bowl and I couldn’t even eat it. I will be suggesting people to never order from this location.

Went to get food at 8:30pm and thought I could grab a quick bite. Not possible when the store ran out of CHICKEN, RICE, LETTUCE and CHEESE. Literally the basics to every dish, gone…. Mind you, chipotle closes at 11pm and it’s 8:30. Usually, this place hits the spot. I’m not sure what’s happened recently, but it’s not cool.

Love their food but I did ask for extra cheese, it was on my receipt and def does NOT look like extra cheese. I also ordered on app, and still had to wait almost 20 mins, 3 diff girls asking my name and what I ordered. Chips were so stale they were chewy!! Chewy chips!!! I ate the food within 5 mins and it was already cold meaning they gave it to me cold. It’s one thing for it to be a mistake, but it seems this happens CONSTANTLY with EVERYONE! Something needs to be done.
