Great food! However I waited quite a long time for my food. I would recommend for Chipotle to hire more restaurant staff to keep up with the demand. It seemed a bit chaotic and staff seemed to be doing the best they could however it is apparent that more staff is needed for prepping, cooking, checking out patrons, and handling customer concerns. I will be back as I do enjoy Chipotle food.

Everyone needs to give this place sometime to get settled in! I’ve been here 3 times since they’ve open and I never had a problem. I definitely recommend going in person and watch your order get made. If you’re not satisfied with something, just ask them to add a little more!! The customer service is great, they’re really finding their groove and the food is delicious & fresh. This area needed something like this so bad!!

I went here the first week it opened and the food was great and the portion size was exactly what I wanted. I came back after it’s been open for a month and pretty much everything went downhill. There were only 2 people in front of me in line and it took forever because only one person was running the whole counter. I asked for double steak and only got one scoop of steak. The cheese was just a clump of solid cheese. The lettuce was ice cold. Just overall not great. Also when I went to get a fork and hot sauce, they had like 5 forks left and no green hot sauce. I feel like most Chipotle’s are going downhill. I’m not coming back here.

I love chipotle and was happy to see this opening close to my home instead of me. Driving out 20 minutes to the other one. I understand that it is just opening, but service is extremely slow. They only had one girl preparing food in the front. I ordered my food online and waited almost an hour for it to be ready. On top they have a drive-through which is slow. Also, I don’t know if it’s that they need more people to work but they really need some management in there. The food was OK. I think it’s ridiculous to pay almost 13 $14 for a little burrito. Chips were stale. Food was extremely salty. Just a suggestion maybe get one or two more people in the line to help prepare the food. Not giving up on you guys yet

The food is okay. I had a couple of friends say great things about the place so I have it a try especially since I had a gift card for Chipotle.The cashier told me my gift card wasn’t activated so I paid with cash to keep the line moving. When I got back to my car, I called the gift card line and it said I still had a balance on the card, which means she entered the wrong number after she tried to swipe it. I do like that you can pick your own toppings.

Firstly, my pickup order was for 7:30 and I did not receive my order until 8:30. I ordered extra of almost everything in the bowl and didn’t even get half the items in the bowl. The bowl I ordered consisted of a full serving of beef, full serving of al-pastor chicken, black beans, queso, extra cheese, extra white rice, extra lettuce, extra sour cream, and extra tomatillo-green chili salsa. The bowl I got only consisted of lettuce, sour cream, and a few pieces of chicken; the bowl was almost empty… there was barely any food in it. yea… gon head and go to a different location if you wanna eat fr.

The restaurant is brand new and all the employees are super green. But they’re trying their best and the food is good, so it’s fine. Having one new employee is tough, but an entire staff being new is a different thing to consider. Great job guys.

This was the worse Chipotle I have ever been to. The wait was ridiculous, the workers were rude and food was terrible. There were undiced chunks of onions in my burrito, fat and gristle on my chicken and my chips were burnt. There was also a chunk of meat in my cup of queso. I will not be returning to this chipotle.
