Good Food
The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Ask for fresh food if the stuff in the containers looks old and dried out. The open containers looked old, as seen in the picture, but the staff opened a new container of steak for my burrito and it was fresh and delicious.

Very disappointed in the food received in our most recent order. The burrito was so small, it was like it was a kid’s order. I cannot believe that burrito was over $10, it was half the size of our orders at other Chipotles. The burrito bowl was also barely filled. We definitely will not be back to this Chipotle, worth the drive to cherry hill.

I had an issue with my order and the people were not able to understand what I was trying to say, they also put a honestly very below average amount of meat on my order and they charged us for double which is unfair. They were very pushy and rushing us and when I messed up my rewards redemption and lost the equivalent of 15 dollars they accused me of not being rushed like ok you made me feel rushed you guys kept pushing me to finish my order. It was not busy at all we were the only ones there. Very bad quality and poor customer service. If you read this far pick a different restaurant chain to spend your money. Also don’t bother calling customer support all they can do is say no to refunding the points not even any money. Private equity ruins all good things.

The staff are immature & unprofessional. Items were missing from my order. When I returned to get the items that I was charged for, the so called manager was disrespectful. Don’t waste your time or money going here.
Also the ingredients in my meal weren’t fresh and the meat was dried out.

Can’t go wrong with Chipotle! I stopped in for a quick bite and everything hit the spot. The team behind the counter was cool and kept things moving. My burrito was packed and the guac was definitely worth it. Clean space, solid food.. no complaints!

Definitely don’t order extra meat or rice or anything else for that matter, you won’t get it if you order on the app. I never leave reviews but the amount of varying portion sizes from store to store is something you think they would have figured out by now. This felt intentional.

We were very eager to have a close Chipotle to our house as we eat chipotle every couple of weeks. However, this location has been absolutely horrible to work with. We have had 4 times now where we ordered thru the app, got home, and discovered that our meal portions were HALF of a bowl, half of what is a typical serving size. 3 of those times I addressed it through customer service on the app. They gave us a buy one get one free reward to use next time and each time they said they would loop in the store and higher up management. However, this issue has continued. Last night was the 4th time it happened and we all wanted a full meal, not half a meal. The burrito was tiny and both salads were half full again. We spend $46 for 3 people every time we go, we shouldn’t have to tolerate very small portions. I drove all the way back over to the store to address it in person. The manager on duty tried to argue with me saying they used “standardized portions”, which is not the case as we have not had this issue at any other Chipotle location. If it was standard, it would be across all locations. Also, when we have ordered inside the store at this location, we did not have this issue. Only thru drive up app orders. He tried to offer extra meat, but that doesn’t fix the other ingredients that were miniscule. He finally remade all our food after arguing and defending. He also did not address my frustration of compensation for the extra time, hassle, and gas I had to use to drive back to the store to address this in person. When I asked how to prevent this from happening again next time since this has been such a big issue, he just said, “I will just take your words into consideration.” Meaning nothing will change because he doesn’t think they have any issues. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Going forward, we will drive to the Bellmawr location 10 minutes out of the way each direction to ensure we get the meal and service we pay for.
