This place is disgusting. As someone who has been (like most people) to a bunch of Chipotle locations, this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to and I’ve never felt the need to write a review for a Chipotle until I stepped foot in this one. To start, at dinner time, 6:30pm, they had no fajita veggies, corn, or sofritas and were not even attempting to make more. No vegetarian options at all and said I had to wait 30 minutes if we wanted them.
The line was almost out the door and the employees could care less about how fast they were working. The tables were all disgusting with trash on them and the trash cans as pictured were so overstuffed people couldn’t even throw their trash away. This whole place should be looked into…I will never return.

The most dysfunctional, unorganized and disgusting location I’ve been to yet.No real manager or kitchen supervisor is ever present.Rude, inattentive, inexperienced staff. No passion or standards. Maybe hire actual people with food service experience and fluent in Spanish. People in these surrounding towns pay a lot of money expecting fresh,flavorful, affordable fair. You are missing the mark and need to reevaluate your staff and their priorities. Good riddance you just lost another customer and I used to eat it several times a week,but customer service has been harrowing as of lately.

Has to be the worst Chipotle in the entire country. There isn’t one redeeming quality about this place other than the location. For how much this community supports this business you’d think they’d try and do better but they don’t. If you have the means go to the location on 22, it’s so much better.

Truly the worst Chipotle I have ever stepped foot in. Corporate should take away their franchise. The absolute laziest employees in any franchise. The managers must not care and the owner must live in Florida or he figures it’s cheaper to operate this way and close down on a few more years and try something new.
It’s like we forget how bad this place is and go back every few months. Or maybe we just can’t believe the employees are this bad and we figure it will be better this time. They aren’t. They stink.
Our latest order they literally threw our food in our bag. See photos. It caused everything to leak all over my new car. One of our meals had barely any food in it. See photo. The burrito wasn’t even together and was totally ripped. Every other chipotle would redo it or double tap it. Not this one! We ordered a large bag of chips we got a small.
The sour cream was funky. Looked like cottage cheese.
And the kicker? They had NO DRESSING for the salad. Normally I’d laugh it off but guess what? The his location NEVER has dressing. Do you know why? It’s an extra step to prep and they are too LAZY to do it. We’ve been coming here every so often for two years and always order a salad and ONE TIME AND they had dressing.
Speaking of not wanting to prep… unsweetened iced tea. They never have it anymore. Chipotle corporation didn’t get rid of it as every other chipotle has it. This location just doesn’t want to make it because they are lazy. I took my drink cup last visit and when there wasn’t iced tea I went to the woman working and asked for it. She said “we don’t carry iced tea”. So I explained to her that there is a spot on the beverage station that says “iced tea”. This woman has never even seen it at this location since they don’t want to make it.
Never have I hoped a place goes out of business and an entire group of people lose their jobs like I do with this place.
I’m amazed that the owner is probably loaded and has enough marginal businesses to make enough money. Of this was his only place and he relied on it to survive it would NEVER be like this. It’s absolutely pathetic.

Chipotle needs to permanently close this franchise. The owner must not give a damn or live out of state/area and never check in on the location. Managers clearly could care less about the quality and conditions of the location. I can’t even blame the employees at this point because there is no excuse other that just bad management.

They are the best!! I have gone to other locations and gotten sick to the stomach, but this new providence location is one of the best locations. Very delicious fully cooked food and excellent customer service!! Highly recommend this Chipotle to everyone!!

Went to this location for first time and was surprised to see the full bowl of chipotle burrito after long time unlike other locations they barely add proportions . It was layered with all the ingredients which made it easy to eat hope to get same bowl always. Thank you to person who made my lunch today.

I don’t know what’s going on but this is the third location recently with horrible food. Ordered a quesadilla, charged $14 for it only to come home and find a pile of shredded cheese and a weirdly pressed tortilla. Given up, I won’t be going to chipotle anymore.
