As I walked in, I couldn’t help but notice the eye-catching display of garbage cans strategically placed near the entrance, offering a delightful fragrance of stale burritos and discarded dreams. Talk about an aromatic experience that you won’t find anywhere else!

Went to place an order today at 10:16 via their app, which indicated that the store closed at 11 pm. I even checked the website and google to triple make sure. We were told that our order would be ready at 10:30, I made my way down there by 10:37-ish, and my son was met with two employees sitting by the table that runs along the front window. He went to open the door but it was locked. The people by the door told him that they were closed. I promptly got out of my car to show them that I had placed an order, but the two employees who were by the register kept shaking their head no. I told them that I had placed an order online and pointed to the bags of food waiting on the shelf. They all shook their heads and wouldn’t even open the door to speak to me. I then saw them all approach the shelves with orders that hadn’t been picked up, divided them amongst the four of them, and sodas being brought out from the back for them to drink with their food.

Location never has enough of anything, is never prepared with enough staff or ingredients at peak hours, ingredients are often old, service is always lacking and staff will give you an attitude when you decide against the guac after you see it’s brown. This location historically has always had issues with staff, portions, consistency, a general lack in quality overall.

How is this place still even in business? We arrived at 1037 to pick up and order. They’re supposed to be open till 11pm but THEY CLOSED EALRY AND REFUSED TO LET US PICKUP OUR FOOD, which was supposed to be ready by 1030pm. The staff literally kept the door locked and waved us off while our pickup order was clearly visible on the shelf. To add insult to injury, the staff then proceeded to divide the order amongst themselves after we left!!! Who are the animals running this place? Never ordering from them again – pathetic!

Really bad. They just gave me dried burned chicken in my 2 chicken bowl. When asked for the one they were cutting at the time, he answered that’s what she put it in your bowl and you take it. We don’t give you new bowl.

I love this place. I think they get a lot of hate considering the amount of hard work they put in. I think the manager Sean Krentz does a great job here. He’s very kind, helpful, and handsome. I believe people like him truly make the world a better place. For the reasons above are why I LOVE chipotle in Chester New Jersey!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We literally made an online order. You can’t screw up putting queso in a bowl. There’s actually no queso in this bowl I got. They are actually so bad with online orders you’re better off just not going here at all. Save yourself the time for god sake. You might have to yell at them in person to even be able to get what you want when you order. Shame on Chester Chipotle.

I’ve gone to chipotle for years and this was by far the worst experience. My burrito was half rolled and fell apart in the bag. When I asked for salad dressing they immediately said they were out. I looked at the beginning of the food line and saw several containers of dressing. I addressed this and was given two dressings.

The place needs to be cleaned more often, it was dirty last two times we were there. And the guac tray was empty both times. They scooped brown guac on my wife’s tacos as well. Pretty disappointed.

Show up to this place a few hours before closing 3-4 times. They’re out of half their items. Restaurant is a mess and each time I’ve come they’ve been out of guacamole, bowls, low on chicken etc. Been to a lot of chipotles and never been to one this bad.
