Chipotle overall has gone down hill in quality over the years. I mostly stopped eating at any of their restaurants but stopped by this one out of convenience. The carne asada was filled with hard inedible fatty pieces that hurt to bite into and I had to spit out 4-5 times causing me to be more cautious with every bite. As I said though Chipotle has been going down hill so that is as expected. What prompts me to write this review was the condition of the bathroom. It was disgusting, and not just like I had the misfortune of going in after someone dirtied it. It appears it has not been attended to in quite some time.

Good location. Busy during lunch, waited about 10 minutes to be served. Portion wise, I’m not complaining. Trick is to always ask for another scoop after their first handful, for each ingredient you want. I’ll be back.
Typically I order ahead and portion size is good. I do put extra on all of the toppings as well to make sure my bowl is full-full. The new Honey chicken was good. Nice sweet & savory taste on the chicken.

I had placed a catering order at this location for a work party. We picked it up and realized the chicken was missing. I tried calling them a few times but no one picked up. I personally went back to the restaurant in the middle of my workday to pick it up, AGAIN. When I got to the restaurant and explained the problem to an employee standing at the register, he directed me to someone who looked like the manager (aka THE PROBLEM, didn’t get her name but she was an African American working at this Chipotle at 12:30 pm on 1/30/26, check the cameras). She gave me an unpleasant look and said, “what catering order?” (We had picked it up 15 mins prior). When I proceeded to show her the email confirmation, she ignored me and said, “I know what my catering orders were for today, I only had 1” (Um maybe you should remember it then…?). Leaves for 5 mins to check something, comes back and fills up a container of chicken, throws it in the bag and hands it to me. No apology, no accountability of her mistake. In fact, when I tried to make sure with her that we had gotten the right amount of protein we had ordered, she rudely responded back with, “should we check the cameras? We filled it up right here”.
If she is the manager of this store, its a problem. She has zero sense of customer service. She is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNKIND. I hope she finds some peace and happiness in life so she doesn’t have to keep ruining other people’s day to satisfy her soul.

Say what you want but I love Chipotle and had good experience every time I went (almost every time). It’s delicious, make it your own. Their burrito bowls are Quick, simple, affordable and always as expected.

Every time you come the serving of the protein meat is different! It’s never the same! It’s always less. They need to have a measuring cup and everyone gets the same. I see some people getting more and some getting less! Why? It should all be the same if we are all paying the same price! This is a deal breaker when I decide to come here. Please make it fair.

Food is good there. They get a good amount of people there so they are constantly making new. The restaurant is somewhat clean. It’s a little dark in there.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Went in at 12pm, walked right up to the counter no line, not a single person behind me either. I ordered a quesadilla and was told I cannot order it at the counter and had to do it online only due to “peak” hours. The app wouldn’t pull up nor the website and I was told I had to leave the restaurant to go and order it. I would understand if there was a long line that would be held up but there was no one in line. Terrible customer service from all at the establishment. Did not order, they do not deserve the business.
