I have been to this location 3 times over the last 3 years. I go to chipotle all of the time in other areas because it is fast, easy, tasty, and the least “bad for me” option most of the time. The first time I went the food was on the colder side, chocked it up to an off day. Waited almost a year and went back. Same thing, and the employees just looked miserable and the bowl I got was so soggy that the container it was in immediately started leaking. Finally tonight, again, almost a year after my second experience, just… not good. Food is cold, way too wet… I don’t get it, they have the same things as EVERY OTHER location but it just misses the mark so much. I used to work in hospitality, and the staff have seemed miserable every time, so I have to assume that this location is just managed incredibly poorly. I gave it a chance, but this location is just bad.

I recently visited the Chipotle location at 2131 NJ-35, Holmdel, NJ 07733 and was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. When I walked in, there were napkins and food scattered all over the floor, and the line where the food is served was dirty with food everywhere. It was clear that the area hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely indifferent to the mess. When I politely pointed out the condition of the restaurant and requested that someone clean up, they refused and continued to ignore the situation. This level of disregard for hygiene and customer service is unacceptable.
I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this experience has made me reconsider visiting this location again. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and improve the overall cleanliness and service standards.

Missing parts of the bowl, bottom was all liquid, and portion was absurdly small. Leaked everywhere in the bag and was a mess. If I wasn’t at work I would have brought it back.

It feels like Chipotle overall has declined over the past 6 years. The food is great and all, but the portion does seem smaller than I remember and the prices are hiked up. I’d rather stick to making home-cooked meals or ask mi madre for her tamales at this point for now.

EVERYTIME I order from here there’s an issue. From not getting what I ordered to the portion sizes being ridiculously small, especially for the money we’re paying. Also anytime you walk into the restaurant its unsanitary, from dirty tables amne utensil station, to overflowing trash bins. Start adding personnel to your busy times. I’m done with this establishment until they fix their !

I only come here because my kids enjoy it. However, every single time we place an online order, there is always something missing or wrong with our order. Our last order we had a steak bowl, when we got it home it was completely meatless!

Only the second time I’ve had Chipotle and I’m hooked! I had a bowl with chicken and rice with other fixings and it was amazing. I highly recommend Chipotle for lunch or dinner and it’s a healthy meal as well.

Ordered extra chicken in my bowl three times this week through Uber. First two times there was no extra chicken, and todays third time there was a few pieces. Scam. Done ordering from this place. No napkins or utensils in the bag. Last time I stopped in to order at the location, all tables were disgusting, garbages were overflowing, napkins and utensils not stocked…Qdoba has my money going forward.
EDIT: thought it couldn’t get worse. I just went back to show my order and get a new one. I get back home to eat and see there’s a sticker in the guac. Unbelievable…I added the sticker picture to this review.

The service was horrible, the girl who made my burrito did not fold it just squished it together. It fell apart the minute I unwrapped it from the foil. The place was filthy. The garbages was over flowing and the trash was all over the floor. Every table was dirty with food and garbage. The floor had garbage everywhere. If we weren’t out shopping and starving we would have left. Here are the pics of the filth.
