Cut my burrito in half. I’m 5 bites in and have only seen 1 piece of meat… think the staff just didn’t want to make another batch of steak. I paid $24 dollars for this via uber eats…. Honestly ridiculous.

We LOVE making our own bowls at Chipotle!! The carne asada is delicious!! And the food is usually always fresh! They pile the food on so that we often have leftovers for lunch the next day!

Love Chipotle. The vegetarian burrito is always packed with fresh veggies, perfect rice, and black beans that actually taste seasoned. But the real MVP? Pairing it with the Tabasco Green Jalapeño Sauce…..that tangy, medium-heat kick takes it to another level. And their guacamole is legitimately some of the best around: creamy, lemony, perfectly ripe avocados every time. Portions are huge, staff is quick even when busy. Will keep coming back.

Save yourself the time and go to the chipotle in Closter. The picture is the bowl I got at the Closter location for $21.42 with a water. Not only were the staff friendly and clean but I also wasn’t overcharged!!!

Very disappointed with the service at this location. One employee on the line had a clear attitude when I politely asked for guacamole in a kids’ meal. The tone was unprofessional and unnecessary. Portions were also extremely small, especially the chicken, compared to other Chipotle locations. Overall, the customer service was poor, and the treatment alone was enough to make this a bad experience. I’m not going back there. I prefer to drive a little further for better service.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The Spanish manager here was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered one of their seasonal special steak bowls — it used to be around $8–9, but now it’s over $14. The price went up by about $5–6, yet the portion was less than half of what it used to be!
They barely gave me any steak, so I politely asked for a little more. Instead of just adding a small amount, they charged me over $7 extra for a “double.” I only ordered one bowl — no drink — and the total came out to over $22 after tax. That’s ridiculous!
The manager acted like he owned the company, talking down to customers with such an arrogant attitude. The service was awful, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected.
When this location first opened, portions were generous and the staff was friendly. Now it’s the complete opposite — tiny portions, rude service, and overpriced food. I’ll never come back here again, and I’ll make sure to tell my friends to go to a different Chipotle.
Terrible experience — I’d rather spend that money at a real restaurant.

NEVER GO HERE!!!! personally I choose not to eat chipotle cause I can get a better burrito for much cheaper and healthier else where but that was never a reason to leave a bad review. However y’all gave my brother food poisoning!!! And a family friend also got food poisoning from y’all that’s 2 people chipotle you guys forced my hand what a shame. Door-dashed the chipotle and it looks like someone took a bite out of my food. This is disgusting do better. The packaging for my burrito wasn’t open either so it wasn’t the dashers fault.

Ive heard from other people that this location is terrible but thought I would give it a chance. I walked in to get a simple order of guac and chips and they still managed to ruin my experience . This is a new location so I was expecting it to be a nice experience but in the 15 minutes it took me to get home the guacamole was already black (which is a huge sign it is old). It had no cilantro and no onion in it and looked absolutely disgusting. I also had a really hard time ordering it in the first place; I ordered a large and they gave me a small and I had to wait again for it to be remade and explain to them over and over how I wanted a large and not a small even after they charged me for the large. For this to be a new location they should pay attention to what they are doing. I will never go back to this location after such a terrible experience. I included a photo and as gross as the picture looks it still manages to look somewhat better than what it looked like In person. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered delivery from the app. Food was gross. The rice in my burrito bowl was so undercooked and crunchy I couldn’t even eat it and the chips and guacamole were so salty we couldn’t eat them either. We spent $60 on two fast food burrito bowls with a side of chips and guacamole just to get disgusting inedible food. And tried calling the store and contacting their chat feature and both were robots who didn’t help. 0 stars
