Just ordered a mobile order, and picked it up. I forgot to check the bag and see that they made an issue. I rarely have problems with them and I mean rare. But I ordered a burrito not a bowl. Already back to work so it is what it is. This is another reason I DO NOT DO ONLINE ORDERING. Always have to watch them make it when it comes to any and all Chipotles sadly. But the staff is always nice and the place is always clean when I have been there. Just a lot of mistakes on online orders.

It wasn’t even close to closing time, yet half of the items were already missing. At every Chipotle, it’s always the same—either they’ve run out of some items, or you’re told to wait. Honestly, I can’t remember the last time I visited a Chipotle where every bin was fully stocked. Almost every outlet is missing at least one or two items.

That said, the ambience here was better than other locations I’ve been to. However, they need to clean their tables, especially outside ones, where 3–4 tables hadn’t been cleared. Not sure if they were short-staffed.

Food-wise, two of my favorite items—the sautéed onion and capsicum mix, and the salsa—were out of stock. Otherwise, the food was good as usual. But they really need to address the issues I mentioned above.

Worse experience ever, the cashier was very rude and aggressive! The sever accidentally put sour cream on my plate when I did not ask for it as I am allergic to it. When they tried to remove the sour cream with the spoon, I kindly told her that I cannot have it. So the cashier yelled at me and my friend and argued that she heard me say it ( I did not). When we made it to the cashier, she was talking very rudely and yelling at us “anything else!!!!”. She was even rushing me when I was taking out my Apple pay. When I asked for chips, she slammed the bag of chips on the table counter. She yelled at us, talked to us, and treated us like we were animals. Never again.

I want to give special recognition to the young Spanish-speaking worker who helped us today. She was incredibly kind, warm, and uplifting, and her energy genuinely made a difference. My nephew had been having a tough day, and the way she spoke to him and engaged with him completely turned his mood around and made him smile.

Another coworker helped translate when needed, but it was her presence, positivity, and care that stood out the most. It really made me happy to see Chipotle hiring people like her who represent the company with kindness and heart.

My experience in this Chipotle is 0 . This place seems to have people working there with zero protection to avoid hair falling in the food.
My meal was horrible, the Brown rice was not cooked well the salad side was very soggy, the steak taste so weird, not sure what kind of meat was it was Very chewy. And my stomach is messed up. I have diarrhea from last night chipotle.
The place smells weird,the bathroom smells awful.
I don’t recommend going to this Chipotle. I would definitely not comeback here .

I ordered to pick up and got half steak and half chicken bowl. There was barely any meat and had the whole bowl almost just rice and it was very sticky. When I got there I had to wait 5 min and no one asked me for my order. They saw me standing there and didnt acknowledge me so I had to ask for help to get my food.

Highly recommend going to a different location. This spot scams their customers! I bought a bowl and drink one day, the next week they charged me more for the same order? When I spoke to the manager she told me they can change the prices whenever they want lol. That is insane, terrible customer service and completely overpriced. Better off going to any privately owned Mexican restaurant instead, same price point and much better service. This is corporate theft and poor management combined. Last time I will go to this establishment.

Chipotle is definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something quick, filling, and customizable. I always appreciate how you can build your meal exactly the way you want it, whether you’re in the mood for a burrito, a bowl, or tacos. The ingredients usually taste fresh, especially the rice, beans, and veggies, and the portions are generous enough that you never walk out hungry. The chicken and steak are consistently good, though every once in a while the meat can be a bit dry, which is part of why I’d give it four stars instead of five. The staff is usually friendly and pretty fast even when the line gets long, and the place is usually clean and organized. The guac is pricier than I’d like, but it’s always tasty, and the chips with queso are a solid add-on. Overall, Chipotle stays reliable, flavorful, and convenient — a strong 4-star experience every time.

TLDR: Long line, mid food, Rude and poor service. After I paid they tell me they can’t give me a water cup. I ask nicely for any cup since I’m just getting water anyway. They refuse and talk between themselves in Spanish. Let me tell you it’s a real low hearing people say in your first language to your face that you’re giving problems when all you want is a cup of water. Some of the worst service I’ve ever had in my life and I decided to pay again for a cup so I can drink something. I liked chipotle because I felt the food and service was pretty good at every location but this really has me reconsidering ever going back. On top of it all the steak was bone dry and they gave me a big piece of fat in my barbacoa….when it rains it pours.

I came here around 12:30 it was calm but the people there really hate their job. When it came down to my total I was just starred at. Like are u going to tell me my total or not…my bf had to tell me the total looking at their screen. I asked for water cups the girl had a big attitude and then they say they don’t have water cups like what? And for the food I just feel like chipotle over all likes to cheap out on their servings. Those Spanish girls there did not make me feel welcome they couldn’t either A. SPEAK ENGLISH, or B. DINDNT WANT TO SPEAK AT ALL. Y work in this type of industry if you aren’t going to do your job correctly?
