I was treated very well! The burrito was excellent, even though a little mushy ! Great staff … Thank you…

If you’re lucky enough to find yourself at a Chipotle location staffed by a certain tattooed worker—especially on a busy Saturday—consider yourself in good hands. This employee is a standout example of how personal style and professional prowess can merge seamlessly in a fast-paced work environment. From her meticulously crafted tattoos to her exceptional ability to work under pressure, she embodies the qualities that make her an invaluable asset to her team and an absolute favorite among customers.
First impressions often start with her tattoos. Beautifully inked and artfully displayed, her tattoos are a testament to her individuality and personal history. But these tattoos are more than just decoration; they serve as a reflection of her resilience and unique perspective on life. It’s clear that every design tells a story, offering insight into the person behind the apron. They speak to a character that’s not afraid to stand out, and this confidence carries over into her work ethic.
When it comes to handling the demands of a busy Chipotle kitchen, this employee is a true professional. Chipotle, known for its quick service and high-volume atmosphere, can be an intense place to work, especially during peak hours. The kitchen can quickly become a whirlwind of orders, pressure, and chaos. Yet, this worker stands firm. She thrives under the rush, maintaining her composure when others might falter. Her ability to stay calm in the most stressful moments is remarkable—where others see stress, she sees an opportunity to deliver exceptional service.
This calm under pressure isn’t just about keeping things in order behind the counter. It translates into the way she manages customer interactions as well. Whether it’s explaining the day’s special or customizing a burrito with a smile, she exudes patience and attentiveness. Her tattoos often spark conversations, and instead of seeing them as a distraction, she uses them as a bridge to connect with customers on a personal level. It’s this human touch that elevates the experience, making her not just an employee, but someone who leaves a lasting impression.
In addition to her customer service skills, her work on the line is fast, efficient, and precise. Despite the hustle and bustle around her, each order is crafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring that customers get exactly what they want. This attention to quality, even under pressure, sets her apart from others in the same role. Her teamwork is also worth noting—she communicates clearly with colleagues, helping to keep things running smoothly even when the pressure is on. There’s no panic in her movements, only a quiet efficiency that ensures everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
Ultimately, this tattooed Chipotle worker exemplifies what it means to excel in a demanding environment. She’s not only skilled at what she does, but she also brings a sense of authenticity and leadership to her role. Her ability to stay calm, work quickly, and connect with others makes her a standout employee, and it’s clear that she brings more than just her tattoos to the job—she brings a wealth of experience, character, and professionalism that enriches every shift. For those seeking a memorable, high-quality experience at Chipotle, this worker is sure to make it one worth coming back for.

As far as I know, the Chipotle store closes at 11 PM, and we visited around 9 PM. Despite that, one of the employees, a white guy, was rushing us as if the store were about to shut down. He was extremely rude and acted like he was working for free or being forced to be there.

My message to the owner is simple: ask your employees to treat paying customers with basic respect. If they do not want to work, then they probably should not be working at all. We are not coming to your store to get free food, we are paying for it, and the last thing we want to deal with is nonsense attitude from employees who clearly dislike their job.

There were two employees in total who were rushing us for absolutely no reason and throwing attitude the entire time. Honestly, their behavior was unprofessional and embarrassing. These two employees made the experience miserable, and because of them, we will not be returning to this location.

That said, the cashier lady was very polite and respectful, and she was the only employee who behaved professionally during our visit.

Seriously felt bad entering this location with hunger and fever. Ordered food couple of minutes ago.

1. The customer support was bad.
2. The serving was very less than kinda half than other chipotle stores.
3. Unable to feel that chicken in whole order and tastes bad. Rice seems hard and uncooked.
4. Bad packaging and didn’t handled bag just dropped on table and left. Felt rude customer support.

Person before me felt the same thing. Wholesome bad experience would not visit again neither recommend others.

I don’t know why chipotle does this or how they benefit in the long run. It’s popular culture to joke about having to police chipotle servers to make sure you get the proper protein portions but the jokes stem from a real issue. Look at the amount of chicken that was put in my Pick-Up order. I guess this location saved minimal dollars in cheating me out of a decent meal but they lost a customer for ever and got a 1 star review…

This place use to be good. First the quality started going downhill so I came less. Now they have managers policing the chicken. Tonight I ordered double chicken and a worker put in two scoops. The manager asked his employee to take chicken out of my bowl and he proceeded to take a half scoop out. I pushed back on it and said I would leave if they didn’t put it back because I am not paying for double and getting 1.5. They relented and put the chicken back in, but the manager was really grumpy about it. This company is losing customers left and right over portions they really should measure it with a scale.

I have ordered from this store for over a dozen times, and the amount of meat in each delivery is just constantly decreasing. I paid for two full size of protein, chicken and steak, but the bowl I received has just enough protein that could barely cover the very bottom of the bowl. $20+ for this nonsense. This is nuts.

don’t waste your money on this store. you could get much better quality from other branches

I was served stale and undercooked rice. After taking 2–3 bites, I noticed the rice was uncooked—and unfortunately, I had already eaten some. The next day, I ended up with a stomachache.

The food was actually very good. The quesadillas with sofrita was really good. But unfortunately the atmosphere was subpar. I agree with one reviewer about the soda fountain. When I asked someone to fix it, he was very rude to me when I tried to show him the problem. So unprofessional. I might come back because of the food but not because of the atmosphere. The place better shape up.

Please never order for here. Only walk in, so that you can see your food being prepared. I would give 0 stars if I could. I was supposed to get 2x Burrito Bowl: 1/2 Chicken, 1/2 Steak, Brown Rice, Mild Tomato, Medium Corn, Medium Green, Sour Cream, Cheese and Lettuce. What came was bowls with only Chicken, Steak, and Rice. We were also missing our bag of chips. This is the second time Journal Square has let us down. The first time, our order was completely wrong. The photo is exactly how we opened them. So sad. I like Chipotle and would normally recommend another location, but it seems like every location in Jersey City is just as bad.
